When I first started my case with Amervisa Law , it was all assurance that we were with the right people and that we would be having amazing outcomes with them upon our case. Once we paid then we began with a few forms that we needed to fill out and they needed to send. After checking in every so often , our forms were never sent out. We gave them time and their patience and fast forward a year and a half nothing was ever moved or done with our immigration case ! After seeing no results after nearly 2 years of trusting them with our case we decided to move forward. All they ever did was take our money and so since nothing was done we asked for a refund that we most definitely deserve back and qualify for. Every time upon asking for this they always tell me that they will give me my money back the following week and that's all I ever get told. All I've done is want this case to move forward and if that wasn't done then I just want my refund . I've asked patiently for it , with no ruckus , just simply wanting my money back and now where we stand they don't want to be liable for this fee so finding out that now they want to enforce a restraining order so I won't be able to be going back in for my deserved refund ! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. They make it sound so trustworthy and professional but all that's gonna happen is , you're going to get ripped off. Simple as that. I still need my refund of $1000 and no luck.
