    I have had my BSF-13 ***** grinder for 8 years now, I even started my business with it. This company has always been supportive and helped my and my business succeed. My shipments are always on time and the staff is a pleasure to deal with. ***, the service tech I have dealt with most, is patient and knowledgeable. I will be doing business with Jansen USA for years to come.

    I have a mb15 mini x I purchased in 2019. I had a warranty issue with a cylinder and they replaced with no issues in 2020. But now in *********************************************** trying to get a part and have not had very good response from them at all. I tried calling first. Someone picked the phone up then hung it up. Twice!! I then sent emails. Now its taken over 72 hours and still no answers!!! . Im into service and customer care after the fact. Your not going to get it with this company. Your only going to save a few hundred bucks compared to buying elsewhere.I am extremely disappointed with the service!! I wont purchase another item from this company just because of the services after the fact. The mother company in ******* will not help either. I tried.. They put it back on JansenUSA. If you can avoid buying from this company.They have no social ******** page So whats that tell you. Service Sucks!!!

    The customer is unreasonable and demands service on weekends - we are closed. He calls and dosen't leave messages. Due the poor maintenance schedule he lost a bolt and washer on an excavator and is unable to find this on a Sunday in his area. He was a problem from the beginning in 2019 - he should not own a complicated machine like this. We truly regret selling to this customer. He is in over his head with an excavator . We sell ****s of machines but this is the 3rd person with ridicules demands and claims in 20 year. DO NOT SELL TO THIS PERSON .!!!

    After I tried for 2 weeks to get someone to help, thru email and phone calls. I finally got an immediate response from Jansen in *******. Then they forwarded it to Jansen USA, it took this complaint along with an Email to the parent company to get action. Not only does this company (JansenUSA) lack customer service, they will try and twist around the situation at hand. I repeat I would not recommend buying from this company..

    I would give this company ZERO stars! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! We called the company direct. The lady answering the phone didnt know anything, couldnt answer our questions and immediately referred us to ***. We emailed ***. Our email inquiry was met with unprofessional, rude and obnoxious responses. We were attempting to purchase a chipper. Something was wrong with the websites credit card portal. *** immediately assumed our credit card was maxed out and that nothing could possibly be wrong with their sight. *** is either too stupid and/or lazy to figure out how to fix his website, or just downright incompetent and/or doesnt care. *** should be really proud of himself for losing out on a $3,000.00 sale. In hindsight, we are really happy to have been the brunt of Joes ignorance. Sounds like we were spared a great deal of heartache judging from the reviews. To read FIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS posted on the Better Business Bureaus sight with respect to this company?!?! A company that has supposedly been in business for EIGHT years with now SIX negative reviews LETS GO JANSENUSA! another fine example of a business that has no business being in business. I ran a successful company for years. I would fire "***" and the incompetent that answers the phones immediately! Oh wait - their too stupid to care about their poor customer service, lack of honoring warranties and delivering much needed parts. Good luck to them!

    This person is not capable to understand that his daily limit is lower than the cost of the machine and he couldn't pay with his card on the net. Unbelievable ! We tried to explain but he didn't understand.Glad he didn't buy anything from us. It would have been a nightmare. What business did he ever run?? Funny!
