            On 5-13-24 I called to ask for flowers to be delivered, however ****** indicated that they were very busy yesterday due to Mother's Day and did not have a lot of flowers however she said she can get a nice arrangement for me and send out today. I told ****** that my girlfriend will be off work by 3:30pm-4:00pm If she can get them to her before she said yes, no problem. I asked what the final price would be and how I can pay over the phone ****** said that I could pay via Zelle or credit card over the phone with a $4 fee charge for the credit card terminal I went with the Zelle option. I sent her the money and I called to change address as the address I had provided was incorrect. ****** said yes, no problem send me the correct address and I will get them today 5-13-24. It is now 4:21pm and I have not heard back from the shop or from ******. I would like my money back and this business reviewed for authenticity. I feel this place is a scam and scamming people over the phone. Thank you
