I purchased an item in March from this company due to the 5 star reviews it had. I was looking throughout the reviews to see if there was anything written about the top pin getting undone on its own, which i did not find anyone saying that as they were all five stars. Due to the good reviews, i ordered the product and It came in fairly quick. Fast forward to wednesday, july 17th, i was in my car on my way home from running errands and noticed that the top pin of the earing was not there when i looked at myself in the mirror. I had only had this product for about 4 months and did not expect this to happen due to the reviews. The back post was still in luckily or else my piercing hole would have closed as i got it pierced a year ago. I had to change the esrring back to the long post i had been pierced with initially. I emailed this company to see what their policy is regarding defected items, i also left a review under the item and was notified it would take a few days for them to post my review. I got an email back today saying that there is nothing they can due regarding the lost item. I went to see if my review is posted and its not. I feel this company does not post genuine reviews from people that give less than five stars. I have asked for a courtesy refund so i can purchase a different type of earring from them, so i guess i will wait for them to reply. The top pin was not lost due to a fault of my own.Review from Michelle R

I purchased PVD coated items. I want to return or exchange. I e entered order number on their website. My order is not recognized. I emailed a few times and have not heard back. They say 24/7 customer service.They claim to have ****** reviews but there is no way to leave a review on ******. Very disappointing. I can't use 3 of the 6 items I ordered.
