Terrible communication Did not know what the **** is Getting a hold of anyone is very difficult. One person told me she would refund me 100% of my money and then I got a text message from **** stating there would be a 495 fee, required upfront fees there is a reason they have a F rating with the BBB and respond to no claims against them

Rolando Castro started off to be a professional of good information about how to better my credit. He even gave me a payment plan to make it easier to manage to get started. I zelled him $395 in Aug. I received my first notice from the debit creditor that they were looking into the matter. 2 weeks later I received a second response from the debitor, claiming the debit was indeed correct according to their in quests. I received a reminder from Rolando that my second payment was due in 3 days. Again I received another text message my payment was due in 2 days. On Sept. 26, 2024 I again zelled Rollando $300 final payment. I received a text for 2 more days in a row from Rolando that my payment was now Past Due! After texting Rolando the information from zelle that payment had been made, I received an apology and a thank you. When I asked about my credit report status I left voice messages & text messages for weeks. Rolando was a GHOST. Nothing further was done to help with my credit report. The debt on my report was not mine. It belonged to my late husband, and was non transferable. But he passed, & they put it on me. Rolando new this was illegal & used the senerio in his pod cast for more commercial gain at my expense. Months went by. I left reviews on websites. Computer apologies to look into the negative experience, but still no follow up or answer to retum my money for services not rendered. Dec 4, 2024. I called his office to inquire about my status. The receptionist couldn't find me in the computer as a Customer. That's when I knew for sure he had stolen my money. I asked for him to call me as this was now a legal matter. You know it took him less than 1 minute to call me back. He screamed and hallored at me for not asking for my money back. He says all I had to do was ask. He never responded to any of my texts, calls or reviews asking for the return. I asked him to know go a head & return my money. He said "ABSOLUTELY NOT" This company is to invest in A SCAM

I was skeptical about working with any credit repair company because of what I hear about them but I was referred to this company by my realtor ****** with C-21 and I am happy with the progress so far. We are not quite done, it has been 4 months and my score has improved by 32 points which I am happy for because I was just approved for a credit card with a $500 limit. I would recommend Elite Credit Group to anyone who is looking to repair their credit.
