They are very knowledgeable and courteous. The install of our heat pump was completed when promised and works great. We had a concern and they were able to come out in a few days and make a few adjustments to our nest and heat flow. All good now.Review from Wayne C

Dec 5, 2024 was West Coast's first visit to my home. Their work on another property prompted me to request their twice-annual system review of the **** system in my single family residence. I was provided advance notification of the technician's arrival, and he arrived within the appointed window of time. Technician Alexey S was excellent--courteous, good listener, and professional in every way. He methodically performed the necessary tests without *******; reviewed with me everything he was going to do in advance; and then provided results of testing and a thorough explanation of my system's performance when he finished. Amazing service from West Coast Heating and Air! The consultation was directed right at our needs. The installation of a furnace and duct replacement went super smoothly and quick. My husband and I are absolutely blown away by West Coast! Our AC unit broke and we met with other companies but West Coast left such a great impression on us and we are so happy we went with them! We are so impressed by their professionalism. They absolutely knew what they were doing, thorough, polite, and communicative. We really liked that they actually used the shoe booties correctly (which is so rare) and left our home better after the repair. We are especially thrilled when ****** *. visited our home for a follow-up. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We will 100% seek West Coast's services again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their repairs done!
