    I needed to get compression socks, I googled compression socks and a company called Best Compression Socks popped up so I clicked on the site and they had many varieties of compression socks to choose from and their prices looked good .So I purchased two pair of compression socks one pair was $19.99 the other pair was $16.99. I made this purchase on 1-4-23 after I submitted the payment on the website a message popped up saying I would receive a confirmation number within 5 minutes to my email address , I never received a confirmation number . In fact 15 days went by and I never received a confirmation number I emailed this company several times asking them where my order was why I didn't get any confirmation number and yet , they were so quick to take $43.97 out of my debit card . I never received answers to my emails. I continued to get emails from this company advertising their products, not one of the emails from this company ever mentioned my purchase or a tracking number or anything about my order. And on 1-22-23 my compression socks were delivered to my door, there was no invoice inside the bag , no receipt ,nothing at all except the compression socks . The socks did not fit me . The next day 1-23-23 I tried to contact them , their website has a section titled Contact Us no phone number it provides an address only and an email address where you can email them your questions and concerns 24 hours a day and you will receive a response to that email within 24 hours . So, I emailed them on their website and I told them that I wanted to return both pairs of compression socks , for a full refund to my debit card . But , because they never sent me an order confirmation via my email I had no order number to reference, how would I go about returning the socks to their company for my refund without an order number or a reference number ? I submitted the same email twice and no response from this company. But I keep getting emails advertising their products.

    I ordered Knit Crocodile Socks Creative Gift Idea Socks in the shark style on 11/18/22. The cost with shipping was $24.83. Online the description said they would fit adult sizes, so I purchased them. When they arrived, I realized there was no way an adult could wear the socks unless they had very small feet. I emailed the company on 12/25/22 stating that I would like a refund. They did not respond. I emailed on 1/9/23. They did not respond. I emailed on 1/16/23 and asked for a response or I would contact the BBB. I finally received a response on 1/17/23. ***** said I could mail them back at my cost, and their warehouse was in *****. I said their website shows ********** as their location, and they said it was not where their main warehouse was. I told them it was false advertising regarding the socks as well as where they were located and did not feel like I needed to pay the shipping. They stopped answering **** have uploaded 3 pictures of the screenshots of the emails as well as a picture of the shark socks (folded to show where the heel is at) next to a pair of socks that fit.
