Predatory towing, was never able to get a tag for visitor parking. Unable to be reached, however towing cars was immediately available. When asked about the reasons why some tasks are unable to be resolved through different extensions the supposed owner felt it was viable to hang up on me, claiming that I was drunk. I have a speach impediment and I was quite irritated by his demeaning response. Multiple cars have been towed with out reason more than showing predatory towing. Like when we had our tropical storm advisory.

This is not a customer of my business. Additionally our phone tree explains each extension. Have no idea what he is requesting for a refund and bbb should do better vetting complaints.  Like they did when they erroneously sent a complaint to one of my competitors.  The BBB is not a regulatory government organization and can do nothing to enforce any request.

They towed my car even though its registered in my name stating my parking pass wasnt registered for that car. Even tho it was registered to my old civic and I recently bought this new one. When calling to find out where my car was the lady on the phone just hung up on me. Now I have 0 clue where my car is. This is completely theft. They stated I would have had to cancel my old registration and PAY for a new registration even though I never moved out and remained a resident for 2 years. This company has an F rating and all reviews are the same like this. How is this company still operating? Now I have to get to work and this company keeps sending my calls to voicemail

My ticket# is RN2828 for 5/6/23. I'm asking for a refund of $200 the amount of the ticket which I got a boot on my car on the day I was moving out. I've filled out a dispute form still no response & called the office to have to speak with a rude disrespectful man who hung up on me & refuses to listen to me. Everytime I've called he has been rude & gives a bad name for the company which he doesn't care as long as he gets paid & the money is received for the outrageous prices they charge. I've filled out an dispute form & still no response. I don't want to deal with that rude representative nor talk to him anymore but want this to go the corporate office for a refund resolution. I'm asking for a refund of $200 which I was charged because I had to temporary park in to move my belongings into the moving truck. There is No parking on the streets it's zoned No parking @ anytime so I had to park there so I could move my stuff out. The way I've been treated is totally unacceptable & I'm for a full refund of $200

I've tried to resolve this issue since 5/6/23. The man that answers the phone is very very rude, hung up on me didn't even bother to look up my information. I was over charged for a boot of $200 the day I moved out. I temporarily parked my car in the vistor spot because I had a moving truck in my spot on 5/6/23. There's no where to park your car on the street, it's a no parking zone. I've asked to be reimbursed for what I had to pay & the rude representative refuse to listen. I want this to go to the corporate office for a refund. I can understand if I violated & I was still living there. This company charges outrageous prices & don't care what your situation or circumstances are as long as they get paid is all they care about. I've submitted a dispute form & still have not gotten a response. Now I'm asking for this to be taken to the corporate office for someone to assist me. They have very poor customer service & treat the customers very disrespectful which is totally unacceptable. I'm asking for a refund of $200 which I had to pay unnecessary because they refuse to listen or assist me.

I have a parking context with my apartment complex and they use this company as a 3rd party. This company had my vehicle towed even though I had a parking permit the they told my it was an invalid permit that I obtained from my leasing office. I told them I have a work vehicle and they told me management should have given me a parking permit and not a guess permit I would have to pay all towing fees.

We parked in a reserved parking area at the greenfield apartments after hours because when we moved in, the office representatives said we could park there after hours. For the first time ever we parked it there because there was no parking available when my husband got home from work at 10pm. We left the car there thinking it would be fine but at 2:56am the tow company "contacted" us to move the car and gave us an "opportunity" to do so. We did not get a call nor did we get an email so I'm not sure who they called to give them a heads up! So they decided to take the car at 4:10am. Please keep in mind that we work and we were asleep at 2:56am in the morning. We woke up like ar 8am to an email from network parking solutions that was sent at 4:06am. ******* to see what happened and see where our car was. We had to pay $463 to get our car back. If we would've knew at 2am that our car was going to be towed we would've moved it! Unbelievable! No one was able to help us, not Greenfield and not the towing company and definitely not NPS.
