Just had our house re-roofed, attic insulated and had solar panels with a battery back-up installed by Semper Solaris. Our experience was very comfortable and the Semper Solaris team was extremely professional, yet very friendly. Our sales rep/project lead Mark Ivory was knowledgeable of our options, listened to our needs and questions, and was confident in Semper Solaris' ability meet our expectations, with no heavy sales pressure. And Mark was very responsive to our emails and calls during the work. Our onsite re-roof foreman Christian Jimenez was outstanding in availability and communication and the work his crew did was quick, professional and conscientious regarding organization, execution and clean up. Our solar and battery installation crew was led by Mike Hoevker; they were prompt, swift and very efficient. And the coordination by Semper Solaris of building permits and SDG&E approvals went very smooth and timely. We were VERY happy with Semper Solaris !!!Review from Kristin D

I work with ****, and he was able to meet my price expectations, and exceeded my expectations in terms of execution speed. Everything went pretty smoothly, except that when they arrive to install the panels, they found a bit of a conflict with pre-existing installments, but they adopted on the fly and we were able to successfully install the system without a hitch.Review from Bryce G

Recently my wife and I had an amazing experience working with Semper Solaris to have solar and a backup battery installed. We worked with ********* who was amazing! She was thorough in her explanations of everything and very responsive.The whole process took about 5 months, but that was mostly due to waiting on permits and inspections, which mostly were delayed by the city.The installation itself only took 2 days, and barely impacted our day to day lives.Overall we are very happy with our experience and would recommend Semper Solaris to anyone who is interested in going solar.Review from Ronald p

We had a solar panel system installed this year 2nd of January 2025. The process started early in the morning and was completed the same day. I received an email from SDG&E on 9th January that I'm Authorization to Operate in Parallel with SDG&E's Electric Distribution System. Just waiting for SGD&E to hook up my meter.********* did a great wonderfull job explained the products and the process to me. Very knowledgeable and could explain the technicals to me in a way I could understand. I asked so many questions that it us 2 1/2 hours and she answer every single question. Also shout out to Junior lead installers, they were punctual, clean, profession, courteous and answered all my questions in the way i can understand. I've had Semper Solaris install "three" separate projects for me over the last 4-years, I really have enjoyed seeing their crews take pride in the installation, follow-up, and integrity. Semper Solaris replaced my aging roof and added attic insulation, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The new roof and insulation has already made a noticeable difference in keeping my home warmer in the winter. ****** coordinated everything beautifully, keeping me informed at every step and making sure the job was done on time and to the highest standard. The crews that came out were respectful and cleaned up well each day. Im glad I finally did it and I highly recommend Semper Solaris for these projects!Review from Bonnie M

Stay away from this company!!!!! They were absolutely incredible during the sales portion of the process, and it has been a nightmare since. We got our solar panels and power walls installed and the installers would have just walked away from the project without giving me any idea of what to expect unless I would have asked as they were walking out. I was then told it would take approximately 2-6 weeks from install to have everything fully functional. I am moving onto TEN MONTHS since installation without a fully functioning system.I initially thought it was PG&E causing the delay, but one person who I worked with at PG&E told me that there would be 2-4 weeks before Semper Solaris would answer PG&E asking for some more information. Additionally, PG&E told me they would ask multiple times for certain information (literally they needed a yes or no answer), and they never received the answer.I am paying for my solar and solar panels without them being fully functional. I called and was connected with ******* *********. She was very helpful and gave me several options. I spoke to several other Solar companies and they were very pushy. *******, was not pushy and explained the options. We decided to go with them! Thank you *******!!
