Buyer BEWARE just don't do it. I ordered a treadmill from Deerrun Jan 10th, Jan 16th I received an email that product was on backorder. I specifically chose a treadmill on their website that shown as being in stock over the one I actually wanted just so I wouldn't have to wait. Feb 7th was the expected ship date, Feb 7th I received another email informing me that there was a new expected ship date of Feb 18th. They had already sent me the treadmill pad I ordered and power cord for the treadmill. When I called and said I wanted to cancel and to email me a return shipping label for the products I already received they informed me they weren't refundable. This company is selling a product they don't have. Pushing back ship dates by months and refusing to refund customers when you want to cancel. They are banking on customers cancelling the order and keeping the money you paid for the accessories. Why else would any of the accessories be non refundable!?!? After much arguing and almost to the point of screaming the representative finally told me I would be refunded the total amount. Of course I demanded an email for that. And of course I got an email from the company today informing of only a partial refund being returned to my account. This company is a scam. Don't do it.Review from Lyn B

Dont order anything from DeerRun. They take your money & give false ship dates! The web site doesnt say anything about the product being out of stock and they dont communicate a thing. You have to inquire about your item. They advertise the treadmills all over social media knowing they dont even have the item to ship. Thats shady business. There are plenty of other treadmills on the market from a reputable company. Stay away!Review from Andre Q

Ordered a treadmill from their website for my wife as a Christmas present. They guaranteed my ordered be delivered before Christmas if I were to buy when I did. Order was never shipped or processed and when I inquired about my order and about the lack of customer service and lack of communication on their end, I was finally replied to about having a measly $10 taken off my order. Then, today, about 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered, they finally email me stating that they regret to inform me that the treadmill that I ordered on their website is out of stock and that they cannot ship me one until a month from now. Their customer service is atrocious, their guarantees are a lie, and they cant seem to get their affairs in order but are willing to take hundreds of dollars from people with no issue at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They ruined my families Christmas and showed no remorse or willingness to make things right.Review from Jennifer J

Ordered through ****** and never received the product. I was provided a ***** tracking number and was told to contact ***** for the item location. Contacted ***** they stated a shipping label was created but the item was never sent to *****. Called DeerRun they finally stated they failed to ship the item. I have requested a refund but that is pending 3 to 5 business days which is what they also state for shipping.
