            I recently purchased the Onex HID Conversion Kit for my Scion from FastScions.com, attracted by the advertised promise of high-quality, Made in ***** components. Upon receipt and inspection of the kit, it became evident that the parts supplied did not align with the advertised quality standards. Despite claims of ******** manufacturing, the components appeared to be of lower quality and seemed to be manufactured in *****.This discovery was disappointing, as the product's appeal was significantly rooted in its supposed superior quality and reliability associated with ******** manufacturing. The discrepancy between the advertised and actual origin and quality of the parts has led me to question the accuracy of product descriptions on FastScions.com and the integrity of their advertising practices.For potential buyers considering products from FastScions.com, I recommend exercising caution and conducting thorough research. It's important to ensure that the reality matches the expectations set by the retailer's marketing, which was not the case in my experience.I hope this review assists others in making more informed decisions and encourages FastScions.com to address the discrepancies in advertising and actual product quality.

            Hello and our apologies for the inconvenience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you would have reached out to us first before filing a complaint with the BBB, we would've taken care of you. However, this was never brought to our attention. This is the first that we are hearing of this, with a complaint filed with the BBB.

            The HID kits you ordered shipped directly from our wholesale distributor. Upon reaching out to them just now, they informed us that Onex is NO longer in business. Therefore, they shipped you what they feel is a good substitute brand for Onex, since Onex is no longer available for sale.

            We will be removing the product listing from our site. We will also be reaching out to you in regard to a return, exchange or refund. Whichever you prefer. Once again, our sincerest apologies as we had no idea that Onex is no longer in business and the fact that you were shipped a substitute brand.
