I purchased one product, received a second one I didn't order and found out I was committed to a 3rd if I didn't get the 2nd returned before the 3rd shipped. Cancelling my account did not cancel any and all future shipments. I was told that is just the way it works. It was a nightmare gettting it figured out.Review from Mark C

I paid and placed an order and received it. To my surprise shortly after I received an additional shipment of product and my credit card was charged again. I immediately contacted the company and cancelled my account. Now they are trying to charge me $115.42 for product I never received. As you can see from all the other complaints this company is very disorganized or dishonest.Review from Deborah S

Canceled my subscription they kept charging my account never sent me product never gave me the price that was on TV charged me regular price never credited the price that was on TV. Charge my account full price. Had to stop payment to get my money back.Review from Liese G

I got sucked into buying the first kit in August/September, and still haven't tried it. But the issue is, the beginning of November I received another kit. I called them and told them I'd not approved the purchase and that they needed to cancel my membership. I offered to return it, but they said to keep it. On December 29, I got charged $112 and change from them. When I called, they said that it was for the kit I received in November. The one I, A)Didn't order, and B)Was told I didn't need to return. The woman on the phone today said it was too late to return the kit, which was unopened. I pushed until she said I could return it. I have to pay the shipping! Another issue. I went to my credit card company and filed a dispute, just to be sure this company really refunds my money. Bottom line, do NOT buy their products!Review from Debra L

Batch of product to send it back cost quite a bit of money at the post office. Ive called twice and they will not cancel further shipments. The credit card that I used was a cash Gift debit card. Theres no money left on it. Im hoping this does not get sent to collection and damage my credit score. Im not sure what to do. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Review from E. C.

I had been using this product for over a year with no results. The customer service is very pushy when you call to cancel any further shipments. I explained I did not want to continue using the product cuz it was not working for me. They kept insisting and I told him that I was not interested to cancel my shipments. I sent back the product without opening it so they could resell the whole thing. I had to pay for the shipment so they got all their product back and also they could resell it at regular price and get their money back. 3 months later I received another package and I could not understand why so I called and I told him why was I receiving any more packages since I had already canceled my membership. Again they insisted that I should try it and I told him I was not interested in their products that I was going to send it back I also requested that they should pay for the shipping for me to send it back because I shouldn't be responsible for their mistake. They would not comply so of course I had to pay for the shipping. This company is making money off of people because when you send them the package without being open they can resell this package and make their money. They're nothing but a scam.Crepe Erase Response

First, please be advised that Crepe Erase products which are returned are not resold even if they are unopened.
We regret to learn that you did not see the results you had excepted. The natural aging process, healthy or unhealthy habits, along with the amount of exposure to damaging environmental aggressors such as sun and pollution affects skin's structure in various ways depending on the individual. In a similar way results may vary for each person, for each product and usage. To achieve and maintain expected results, it is recommended that the products be used consistently at least daily and most twice a day.
Our records reflect that you enrolled for automatic shipments of Crepe Erase in June of 2023. Since then, we have shipped five kits, three of which have been returned and refunded. When you contacted us on 8/7 your account was cancelled. As a courtesy at that time (and in exception to our return policy) a refund was issued for your last shipment prior to the receipt of your return. The s&h charges (which per our guarantee are a nonrefundable item) were also refunded after the return was received as an additional exception.
Your account remains closed with no future shipping or billing scheduled.

I only returned the last two shipments you sent me. The last one I had to go through my credit card Co. cause I didn't feel like it was fair for me to pay for the shipping back to you for your mistake. Thank you for your review. We appreciate the time you have taken to let us know about your experience.
We apologize for any confusion regarding the billing and cancellation of your Crepe Erase account. Your subscription was cancelled when you first requested on 9/13 but at the time your full-size replenishment kit had already been processed for delivery and could not be stopped. The cost of the full-size kits are split into 3 monthly installments with the first installment charged when the order ships and the remaining two over the next two months.
While cancelling an account stops all future shipments, it does not cancel any payments due for orders already shipped prior to cancellation. They continue to bill until paid in full or returned within the 60-day money back guarantee for credit. Since the order was not returned the 2nd installment was charged in October as scheduled. When you contacted us regarding this payment,as a courtesy and exception to our advertised policy, the remaining balance was cleared and a partial refund issued.
Your subscription remains cancelled with nothing further to be shipped or billed.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I too, ordered the introductory kit not realizing it was a subscription. I tried to cancel once and the guy just wouldn't let me. So he skipped my next shipment and it all started up again. I called to cancel the other day and it took me at least ten minutes and ended with me yelling at the person saying, "I don't know why you won't cancel my subscription!" I said it over and over until she finally conceded and put me on hold, and came back to try it just one more time. Their customer service people are well-trained not to allow people out of their contracts. I would love to see the transcript of our conversation.Crepe Erase Response

Be careful when signing up for Crepe Erase I signed up for what I thought was a trial. I ended up getting three shipments even after I stopped them. I have paid for three shipments. I only got two now they are threatening me with overdue notices. I have no option but to pay them because theyve threatened me with the credit bureau. All Im saying is be aware. They say it takes eight weeks for their product to work and I promise you they will send you a 12 weeks supply in a matter of weeks. ******.Crepe Erase Response

Our records reflect that you enrolled online for automatic replenishment shipments of Crepe Erase. We tried to make our online offers as clear as possible and regret if you found the offer you purchased unclear. Per your account you were sent two shipments; the 2nd was a full-size 90-day replenishment kit with the cost split into 3 monthly installments. Although three payments were charged the last two were for that 2nd shipment. Your account was cancelled 8/5 per your request. When you contacted us on 8/27 with billing questions, as an exception to our advertised return policy, refunds were issued for those last two payments and the balance was cleared since you were returning the shipment. At that time your account balance was zero.
On 8/29 your financial institution reversed one of the payments that had already been refunded to you previously. This chargeback reinstated that payment as a balance due because the additional payment reversal (refund) meant you have now been refunded more than you paid for the shipment. This activated the auto past due billing process to send monthly reminders of the balance. We attempted to explain this when you call us on 10/8 and via email on 10/28. We apologize for any confusion.
While your remaining past-due balance is valid, as explained above, as a gesture of goodwill the balance which was created by the payment reversal in addition to your refund has now been removed.
Your account remains cancelled, and nothing further is owed.

I ordered these products and got my first package, after being forced to purchase a subscription.. Then because of my busy schedule, never had time to devote to the product. Before I knew it I had another package and decided to keep it too. Still had no time to use it, so decided to cancel the subscription. There is no way to do that online so I had to call customer service. I got the typical person who I could not understand and tried to cancel my order. I told him to cancel, he said he would pause it and skip the next order. I said I am really angry that I am forced to make this phone call and wait. He better cancel it forever or I would dispute the any future charges. During the call he went long periods of time without saying anything and put me on hold. Why do I have to spend my very tight time with a frustrating phone call and take almost 5 minutes to do something I could have done in 5 seconds online. I would not be so determined to never to order again. So, I am not reviewing the product. I am reviewing the process and total lack of respect for my time.Crepe Erase Response

We are surprised to learn that you feel you were forced to purchase a subscription as our records indicate that you made your initial purchase online; every product is available online for one-time purchase without replenishment shipments. However, one-time orders are at retail prices. If a customer decides to purchase a special discounted offer with automatic shipments the terms are clearly stated online including that shipments will continue until customer service is contacted either online via ******** or by calling.
We regret to learn that you found the cancellation process difficult. We do want to ensure members are aware of all of their options and benefits available with our flexible membership program prior to cancelling. Also, customers can be informed of any shipments that might be in transit or remaining scheduled payments prior to the cancellation. When you informed the customer service member that you had not had time to try the product an offer was made to postpone future shipments to maintain your initial discounted pricing.
