    I was perm banned on 09/10/2024 for swapping Habbo Hotel for RuneScape. The evidence provided shows me speaking about prices in game but does not show any trade logs or confirmations of any rwt trading being done.The evidence provided is clear that I was discussing *** with RuneScape, and for that I apologies. I did not know that trading RS for habbo was illegal since alot of people were swap .com for Origins. As for my comments in regards to gambling and losing 1k+,I agree that discussing this in game is not acceptable, however no actual real-world trade was completed. I was only comparing what I lost in trades in the past ********************************************************** this activity. When I first started Habbo Origins, I bought 12 months of HC and a significant number of credits which is how i built my wealth over time. My comment about 1k+ was unnecessary and damaging to the community, but i can assure you that no *** has been completed in this manner. I would like to discuss my punishment in further detail. I think a permanent ban with no warning is a little harsh, given how much i depend on habbo to talk to my friends and support my mental health. These past 10 days have been difficult being permanently banned and has taken a toll on me. I am an active member of the community and i am aware that 7 day trade bans were given out for habbos who had offended the *** offence. As far as i am aware, i was the only one that was permanently banned. Is there any way to lessen the punishment to a trade ban or a 2 week ban?

    my account has been perm banned and i have bought lots of rares over the years on my habbo and i have contacted support and they will not help me and say the same thing make a new account and they are now ignoring my cases and closing them.very rude helpless support as my account is 2010 sireconker is habbo name and collected lots of rares and now i cant access them wich is wrong. as i have spend money wich i now can see and use so i want a complaint as tnis game is discusting after all the money i have spent i wanna get tnis sorted and ubannned or i wanna go further...

    My habbo account was hacked and information was changed on May 25. I put in a ticket the same day requesting the account to be locked aswell as providing all my information. They didn't respond until June 19 then locked the account so they knew it was hacked. After that I tried to regain access and provided everything they asked for, which they claim the account wasn't mine and I could re-open the ticket with anymore information. I've made dozens of follow up tickets and every response was "Unfortunately, the account that you would like to use to access Habbo again has been banned for longer than six months. After six months, we are no longer able to review bans, so no matter why the account was banned, it is no longer able to be recovered." They purposely take weeks/months on end for each and every response and incorporate nonsense replies like claiming my account was never banned (right it was locked) and i should just log in (forgetting i was hacked), dragging it out long enough until they can claim the account has been inactive for too long.

    I went to pay for online credits in Habbo, my account did not get charged because i didnt have the money in it. Itunes flagged the purchase and it said not purchased need to update payment. Habbo has perm banned my account of ******************** nov of 2004. I have spent thousands of dollars on this website and played for countless hours, made friends and connections with people. When i requested the refund from apple and received it something on habbos end apparently filed my account as fraud for not paying for the credits but here is the kicker. I never received the credits because the payment didnt go through!!! And im banned for 100 years because of it!!! Not impressed and not at all happy with the outcome via sulake and habbo. I emailed and sent a request ticket in almost a month ago it took them almost a month of me sending in personal info, address , full name, etc aswell as transaction history of my apple account stating and proving i didnt get charged for the credits because the money wasnt able to be charged due to lack of funds. After a month of waiting and painfully emailing them back they tell me it was fraud and im still banned. How can i be banned for fraud when i never received any credits on their end and was never charged for the credits?

    I have been playing this game for years since 2013 without any issues. One fine day, I was being Permanently IP + Machine banned on 2nd February 2024. I went to appeal through the Habbo Help Desk. After appealing, they mentioned it was a chat log issue that i am selling items for real life currency or selling my game account. I explained my appeal by saying I do not have any intention of selling for other currency other than game currency as I've been trading items in this game for years. Habbo then replied me saying they feel that i should remain permanently banned. I went to appeal once again and it told me that I had a credit card fraud was was told to contact my bank. Upon contacting my bank, there was no chargeback , fraud found in my account. To add on, So what was i banned for? Chat logs or credit card fraud? i went to bring into ******* @HabboVex and tagged *********************************************** Staffs as Habbo did not get back to my appeal subsequently. Once Habbo got back to me, it directed me that it was a chat log ban and it is very obvious that everyone knows I'm selling for in-game coins. Despite my appeal once again, Staff ******* just told me to feel free to create a new account. How am i going to create a new account when it is a IP + Machine ban? I believe the staffs doesn't care/read about the situation at all.

    I purchased ***s through Habbo. Habbo allows you to have 25 accounts under the same email. I noticed the ***s were on all my accounts under that email and allowed me to place them in my room. Someone reported me and Habbo has permanently banned me for scripting which is not the case. I only ever played on their IOS app and this is a glitch with their app. I was unaware this was not a feature of the ***s as Habbo does an awful job informing the community with news and I was not aware of the *** Discord to keep up with news.This Ban is wrongful and I need help in lifting this ban.     On January 4th, ****, I tried to purchase Habbo credits from ****** play store.Nothing happened, so I tried again a few hours later - then it was successful. The problem here, is that both purchases came through at the second try, so I asked ****** play for a refund, for one of them - which I got.After they gave me the refund, they permanently banned my account on ************************ filed a complaint to them through their website. After a few emails back and forth, they came to the conclusion that they would not unban my account, even though I had just spent real money on the game - and that the second purchase was just a mistake, which they acknowledged.The reason they gave me for not unbanning the account was, with the exact words: "we don't want to encourage the kind of behaviour that your Habbo displayed when they got banned."I feel that this is a horrible way to treat a customer. I mean, H&M don't ban people from their physical stores for asking for a refund.I would like you to help me solve this issue, I want the account back and unbanned, and a sincere apology.The account is *********** and the login-ID is *******************************

    My account on ********************** has been banned for "safety reasons" due to inactivity. I find this very unfair, as I've spent a lot of time and money on the game throughout the years.     I've been dealing with Habbo Customer Support for the last two years regarding an account I have with them. I have given them every bit of information from all contact information for the account right to transactions of all purchases done in the last 4 years through that account. This account is also linked to my personal********* so all I need to do is click the icon and I'm in the account but the trade lock is on and the person who gained access to it changed the trade lock. The person I was dealing with at Habbo kept closing the ticket. I'm not happy- I've spent a better part of my life with the account and have spent endless amounts of money to the company for them to not give me access to my account.

    ******************************************************************************************** Habbo is not letting me trade coins or any type of credit they took my money and allowed me to purchase coins in credit however are not allowing me the full access to the credits I paid my money my cash for these credits And I don't have the option to trade them that's unacceptable they cannot force somebody to use their credit to buy furniture I should have the option to trade my credits and I do not have that option they had no problem taking my money off of my card and adding the credits to the account now that the credits are on the account they're not letting me do anything with the credits at all the credits are saying they're completely unsellable which is not true it's saying that I cannot sell them it's not letting me trade them it's not letting me do anything at all with the credit so I paid my hard earned money for. They had no problem taking my money and apply the credit to the account but they're not trying to allow me to have access to the credits that I have purchased and should have access to they have some sort of Lock that's stopping me from selling the credits or trading the credits because I have no sanctions at all on my account and I've never had any warnings with Habbo however horrible is not trying to let me have full access to the credits that I paid for they should not allow somebody to purchase credits if they're not going to let them fully use them they wanted my money And allowed me to purchase credits now that the credit has been applied to my account has successfully been added to my account they're not trying to let me do anything at all with the credit which is not fair it's not right and I'm demanding whatever lock that is on my account that's stopping me from being able to sell or trade my credits be removed immediately because I don't have a trading band I don't have a trading block I have my trading pass so I need this fixed
