    I received a gift subscription for 12 issues of three records per month. The company charged for shipping costs, so I used my credit card. They took this information and auto-renewed the subscription without notifying me or receiving consent. I never once paid for this service other than receiving a gift card, and I never opted into any subscription (other than the one I was gifted). They had no right to charge anything to my credit card, and this was a blatant scam.

    I was charged approximately $1050 for orders i never place, haven't received ANYTHING from this company and now they are refusing to refund me more than $120.

    Unbeknownst to me, VNYL has been collecting funds from my bank account since July 2023. This is alarming because I don't put my financial information online and nor do I even know what this business/service does/provides. I've called several times to cancel this "subscription" but have yet to get anything besides an automated system that asks me to leave a message with my account information. I can't leave my account information for this because I don't have it. I have not created an account with this business to solicit any goods/services, so when I went to the website I was unable to access anything in order to cancel this from being charged on my account. Please help!

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I wanted to inform you of a illegitimate company via Tic Toc.VNYL.ORG ************ HTTPSVNYL.ORG CA My daughter, *************************** (email - ******************** ordered 1 EA Vinyl Record and received that one for $22.00. Plus $4.99 for shipping = $26.99. She did not ever receive for the other months but kept getting charged.When she tried to email and call no answer back.They continually charged her $22.00 a month for 12 months with an additional charge of $4.99 = ****** They said it was a random record to receive monthly. She received just the first month ($26.99). $****** - $26.99 = $242.00 they now owe her.We cancelled that debit card and got a new one for her.

    Do not ever use this business. They make it unbelievably hard to cancel. They even show a button on their site offering to "Pause" your membership, which prompts you to call a number that is only open during the week (M-F) and when I have called, there is no answer. I also emailed this business to cancel and never got a response. Really slimy, awful business.

    I subscribed to their record service under the yearly plan. Their customer service was appropriate and I received records in a timely manner. Out of the 36 records I received I only liked 2 or three of them. I had planned on canceling my membership once the contract was up. I attempted to call and cancel multiple times and the number just rang. I then moved and received a statement from my credit card that I had been billed for the next year for 239 with no notification from the company. I disputed the transaction and received an email from them stating that I can receive a store credit but will not get refund as per my contract. I am unhappy with the music choice so I do not want a store credit. It is nearly impossible to cancel a membership on their site and without any notification from them I did not even know that the new subscription was going to start. I am requesting a full refund for a service that I do not want nor have I received any shipments on the new subscription. There are hundreds of complaints on Yelp, BBB, etc regarding the same billing practices. My next step will be to contact the Attorney General regarding this. m

    I called this business over a year ago to cancel my membership as I hadn't received a product from them for several months. They still charged me this year so I disputed the charge with my bank. They deposited a store credit onto my account without getting confirmation from me and made the claim that I accepted their store credit. Now they won't give me my money back or return my calls and emails regarding the situation. This company should be sued by the state AG for their fraudulent business practices.

    I signed up for the subscription service three years ago and never once received the product. I have tried to cancel the account but they continue to take $39.99 out of mu account each month.

    This subscription was opened over a year ago as a gift for my daughter. For a bit it was fine, however the company stopped sending product and still charging the card every month. There is no way to cancel the subscription and no product is being provided. This company should actually be referred to the CA attorney general as it does not look to have an available way to cancel a subscription and does not supply product that sub pays for. The only way to cancel a sub is to call a number, when that number is reached (it is only answered between 8am and 4pm pacific time) you are given a recording that it is busy and told to leave a message to call back. I have never received a call back in months. The email address simply replies with an automated reply and never follows up.I simply want this recurring charge canceled and not have to deal with this company anymore.
