    I cancelled my membership with this gym called Hotworx in June. There was a 60 day cancellation fee and after speaking with their manager, we agreed to close the account July 31. I am still getting charged and cannot get a hold of anyone via email or phone. They have charged me $47 a month for August, Sept, ********* for a collective amount of $188.

    In January of this year(2023) I wanted to try out Hotworx Hot yoga, I called spoke to a girl and she stated on the telephone to come and try it, over the phone she promised a FREE month, along with a FREE tank or T-shirt and I also wanted to enrolled my granddaughter, and she said oh, she a student I could give a $50 family fee because shes student and also another $10 off of both of you, well that NEVER happened so I went in and the owner bad mouth is employee and proceeded to say I cant do that for you(I have the text to prove it). So I again contacted the girl and she began back peddling, thats when I felt that they were no very professional not upfront with customers, every employee were making their own deals. I signed for 3 month trial in January, but still being charged in ****** *** and called a few times to cancel, sent text to cancel and refund my April/*** and theyre just being ignored. Thats TERRIBLE customer service, also I left with their mat/towel that i dont really like but I HAD to purchase in order to practice, a total waste of over $110. I wouldve just left well alone if they would just refund my April/*** fee. I have copy of conversations about all the promises they made me to sign up, but reneged once I signed up. ***/towel were supposed to be discounted 25% and guy at desk played dumb, and never got it at 25% off. I actually liked the workouts but I felt like everyone there had their own agendas. I wouldve gone back but working lots hours. I will forward all the texts messages from **********. I hope this gets cleared up.
