Here's a polished review:---Biossance offers great products, but their customer service falls below expectations. As a loyal customer, Ive accumulated credits for future purchases. After attempting to redeem them, I was informed that the credits would be applied during my purchase, but they werent (not the first time it happened). I reached out to customer service, exchanging multiple messages, but the issue remained unresolved, and they refused to return the credits, stating I needed to make a purchase within 30 days to redeem them. Since I had just placed an order under the assumption that the credits would be applied, I had no reason to place another one. ****, from customer service, repeatedly gave me the same response without offering a solution. In the past, Ive dealt with more helpful agents who applied the credits seamlessly. This experience was quite disappointing and frustrating, and with so many clean product options available, Im seriously considering switching brands.Review from Kathryn B

I purchased a cleanser that left me with dry welts all over my face. My face is red, dried out, and it looks like dozens of bees stung me. Ive never had issues with skin products and dont have sensitive skin. When I contacted their customer service team, they refused to provide a refund or an alternative product. They basically stole from me and sold me a defective product. Its like they sold me a bottle of acid to wash my face with.Review from Ta Y

No one answer the phone, no one returns my voice mails. They charged my credit card and never shipped my order. One of the worst company Ive ever dealt with.Review from Tammy A

I have phoned the company multiple times, no one EVER answers the phone or returns a voicemail. Additionally, Ive online chatted with customer service to receive assistance and no one ever emails me the information I requested. I am a First time shopper of Biossance spending over 300$ in products and highly disappointed in the companys over all customer service that is provided. This company has the worst customer service and definitely doesnt show care in communicating or attending to the customers needs. 300$ unwell spent.
