    I'm impressed. Simply. put, they do what they say they will. I was matched with a preceptor--and they asked many questions to help assure the placement was a good fit. I'm sure I would not have succeeded had I attempted to find a preceptor on my own--it's hard. The PreceptorLink team was professional, thoughtful and insightful. Strongly recommended!!!

    The whole preceptor link team has been great. They really seem to care about you as a student. They helped me when I was completely in tears and ready to quit. I worked with them once and then did another rotation because they were so helpful. My preceptors were so good! It's totally worth the money. Now I can graduate.

    This company is AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!!I am an AGACNP student and this company helped hook me up with a preceptor. They helped me through the paperwork and fought for me when my school had some problems with the clinical spot. This company is extremely professional, and they will do everything they can to assist you in anyway. I could not have made it this far without the encouraging words and support from **** the owner of the company. She was there every step of the way to ensure that my clinicals got approved. I can not recommend this company enough to anyone in search of a preceptor. I highly recommend this company and the staff for all your precepting needs!!

    Do not use this shady website! I requested a preceptor and paid the deposit, which is fully refundable if the website failed to secure the rotation. A preceptor accepted me and then canceled after a brief interview over the phone. The preceptor claimed that I am unfit, then she claimed she could not understand me, even though she only asked 2 questions. The website claimed it is my fault and charged me 5% service fee! I dealt with preceptor point, clinical match me, and ***** before with no issues. *****, who owns the business insisted that it is something with the interview over the phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!

    Thank you for your feedback.  I understand your disappointment to have a preceptor not accept you after an interview.  However, it's not professional to send inappropriate emails and texts to the preceptor and our company based on the preceptors decision. 

    As part of our business philosophy, preceptors have the option and a right to accept or decline students, and many require an interview.  It is beneficial for both the preceptor and student to have good fit since the parties will be working together for 2-3 months.   Our process is designed to help ensure a proper fit.   PreceptorLink had not claimed that it was anyones fault at all. Per our Cancelation and Refund Policy, which you agreed to when you made the first request, we do have a non-refundable Service Fee. Most other companies also have some type of non-refundable service fee to help cover business expenses. Perhaps that was missed when you reviewed the agreement. However, in your case to help appease you, we reduced the Service Fee to only $27.55. We refunded everything but that small amount.

    We are a very trustworthy, NP-owned business that has been matching preceptors for nearly a decade.  By the way, ***** does not own the business.  She is the Clinical Coordinator, who worked very hard, day, night and even on the weekend try to place you. She contacted many, many preceptors in the state of VA on your behalf.   We are sorry that you feel that PreceptorLink  is shady given that we had put in so much effort to support your needs.

    OMG! Thank you Preceptor Link! You guys helped me find a psych preceptor after I looked for almost a year. I really apprecate all you do!!! yeah, it cost money, but soooo worth it!!!

    PreceptorLink is wonderful! I had a hard time finding a therapy rotation for my PMHNP program and my deadline to submit to my school was around the corner. Preceptorlink was able to find me a therapist in 1 day. The whole team was very responsive and wonderful. They actually answer the phone and emails right away, unlike some other similar companies.

    I booked my rotation on Wednesday, and my deadline for submitting preceptor forms was a week later. PreceptorLink, found me a preceptor and had all paperwork signed in less than 3 days. Thank you **** and ****** and the preceptor link team for all your hard work.

    This company scams students out of thousands of dollars. They don't fill ANYTHING out. They are just a middleman and make excuses for unprofessional preceptors. When you are not satisfied you don't get solutions, you get asked to pay more to fix the problem. Not to mention when you talk with ****, she has dogs barking in the background and brushes you off to get to other appointments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PRECEPTOR NEEDS!

    *****, Im sorry that you are disappointed. We absolutely get the paperwork signed, but, apparently, your preceptor download it and signed when she accepted you, so we never got the opportunity. If we had any idea they were paperwork issues, we 100% wouldve addressed them immediately. We did email you to see if there were any issues. We also offered to fix any issues with paperwork as soon as you called yesterday. We also offered you a replacement preceptor (that you had selected) the same day, and gave you an option to use either one. Both of the Preceptors we offered you are excellent and wonderful preceptors. Both are still willing to precept you! We try very hard to make our students happy. Im sorry when you called yesterday that I had to get off to get to an appointment after our 20 minute call. I did call you back as soon as I returned two hours later. I also emailed you with all of the options. We tried very hard to satisfy every need you had. We offered to fix any paperwork issues within 24 hours or provide you an alternative preceptor that you had personally selected. Im honestly not sure what else we could do. Your rotation doesnt start for another couple of months, so everything could be easily fixed. Sorry about dogs barking. It happens.I never saw a response to my email with the options we offered you. Im disappointed that you chose this route instead. It is really not fair to a business to write a poor review when we offered you every solution you asked for. We are still willing to match you with either of these great preceptors so you can get on with your education and have a really great learning opportunity as well. We are really quite perplexed by all of this, honestly.

    ****, you bad-mouthed my school. PrecepterLink CANNOT fill out the Affiliation Agreement and you know that. You wouldn't listen to me you cut me off, and asked that I pay more. I want a REFUND. That's how you save face. Until then you will get a bad review. Where's the customer service $2184 is expected back when you are just the middle-man.

    *****, you might have forgotten that it was actually you that ended the conversation when I called you back two hours later to offer you some solutions to the situation. Regarding the paperwork, we actually DO complete many schools' MOUs and Affiliation Agreements. It just depends on the school's process. For your school, ******, we complete and send for signature the Preceptor Commitment Form (and Telepsych, if PMHNP). In this situation we: 1) offered to resolve the paperwork issue with the first (great) preceptor; 2) offered to replace you with an alternative (great) preceptor that YOU selected (yes, she charges $126 more, but that all goes to the preceptor, as I mentioned. We did waive any extra fees that we would charge to change preceptors.) It very clearly states in your agreement that: If PreceptorLink matches me with a preceptor and there are problems completing the paperwork with the preceptor or communication with the site, I agree to immediately notify PreceptorLink in order for them to help facilitate the process. PreceptorLink will either help resolve the problem with the precept/site or will replace my preceptor. Only upon PreceptorLinks failure to resolve the issue will a refund occur.We have to stick to the agreement which you accepted when you selected the preceptor. As soon as you called yesterday, I jumped on the phone and began problem-solving, even to the point of matching you with the different preceptor THAT YOU REQUESTED. We have really tried to help you resolve this and continue to try to help you. I'm sorry that this has been so difficult for all of us. I thought you would be happy when I offered you exactly what you requested when you called. We are really perplexed by this entire situation.

    ****, PLEASE STOP! You have shared incorrect information with the preceptor who is now upset thinking he/she's name is posted on the BBB and threatening defamation. Which is NOT TRUE. This shows that you are unprofessional and it will forever be on the BBB. The reality of the situation is that I wasn't satisfied with your business tactics and declined to work with you, your company, and your affiliates due to an unprofessional manner.
