In August of 2023, ***************************** installed Solar Panels on our roof along with new double pain windows, roof and air conditioner. I have contact ***************************** on several different times with concert why my utility bills are so high. I am paying them a monthly payment and I have to pay anywhere for $400.00 to $1,200.00 every two months on top of the monthly installment payment. They told me that my utility bill would not be that much when the solar gets installed. They told me that my bill should only be the charges for the taxes and what DWP charges for. I have spoken to other families who have solar and they do not pay what I am paying. I have emailed them and also spoken to them and up to today have had no one come out to see what is wrong. I need ***************************** to come out and see why my solar is not producing like they said it should.

September 5, 2023 I had ******************* come to home to discuss remodeling two bathrooms in my home the main one and the master bedroom bathroom, once we went over exactly what I wanted done he stated each bathroom would be $35,000.00 and they would professionally done by Miller-n-sons crew, he also stated I would receive $10,000.00 in free items for bathroom not included in loan and a $3,000.00 rebate check half upfront and the rest at completion. I received half of it but it wasn't a rebate check it was money taken from loan money via the *** of the company. next after demo of first bathroom which was the main bathroom he refused to send the crew unless I signed off on the loan they put in place for $16,500.00 which required me to lie and say the job was finished when they only demo the bathroom which left me in duress not wanting to lie but I either did it their way or no bathroom work was going to be started. Next the tile was complete and the tub in place but they forced the worker to do drywall and electrical it wasn't his expertise so we had issues with how unprofessional the walls, ceilings and paint was done, e removed the crew sent in #2 crew who was horrible and unprofessional one of the guys on drugs that wasn't listening about unfinished work, he refused to correct his errors. during that week of issues my recessed lighting and vanity lights begin to blink on handoff smoke detector sounding and my grandchildren and my eyes started burning we quickly found out the first guy crossed the wrong wires and the vanity lights caught fire behind the mounted area and all of the wires were burned and it knocked out the new lights I had put up prior to them starting the work in the first bathroom. They also told the first crew to patch up old bathroom door which was there when I purchased the home instead of replaces it, so I payed for door out of pocket and for it to be installed. They owe me money but want money from me that they didn't put in a loan they lie.
