    11/19/2022 Went to make a purchase at Brandsmart location in *************** the location ****************************** I was unaware they had closed my account so while at the store ask the cashier to make sure my card was the right card so handed her my driver license, brandsmart card, and debit card for verification. She proceeded to call the number she stated and had me enter my social security number which I did. She writes some numbers down while on phone and tells me this is my number. She proceeded to use the number to make purchase but the items had to be purchased separately because some items was cards. But when she was ringing up second purchase and ask me to enter my social security number I questioned her why if she has the number. After she finished I felt she had did something incorrectly because the paper she handed me had a different amount then my what my original brandsmart card had and questioned her about that. I proceeded to call when outside Brandsmart credit card company and they kept asking about primary card holder and disconnected the call twice. So went back in the store regarding that and stated that if they are asking about primary then that is not my credit card number. So called credit card back and stated that I was not associated with number. Took items back in store to have them refund the card they had placed items. They claim they did but. would not give me prove they credited the items back. This was suppose to be noted on my closed account but called today 11/22/2023 and representative said she didn't see any notes but did see where I had called on 11/19/2023.

My business is***************** - a legal consulting entity in the entertainment industry - online only and in ** only. I have no current clients and have never operated in person or outside **). Nor have I ever had any interaction with this person. I believe the business this person is complaining about is a consumer products/whitegoods/electronics company with retail stores in other states (eg. the ******* store this customer is referring to). Think it's called Brand Smart something. PS. I believe there was a previous complaint of a similar nature which was also intended to be against this retail entity but was against my legal consulting business in error also. I initially thought it was SPAM as I'd never heard of the person/store/situation/state - and I didn't respond - but, as with this one, it has nothing to do with my legal consultancy. Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2022/12/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) This company state it is not the retail store. Is there any way to find the correct retail store that is listed as Brandsmart USA?

    I purchased a ******** television from brand smart in ************ less than a year ago with warranty and extended warranty. My tv recently showed an horizontal line in screen. Made several attempts to communicate with brandsmart and ******** and I continue to be pushed under the rug! Neither company is concern to assist with the issue and I paid for extra warranty! I need a full refund or a technician repair immediately! It's a big inconvenience because I utilize my television for work! This is unacceptable!
