They do not deserve even 1 star. This organization will sell you on their ability to help, but then do not provide any of the services that they layout. They are only here to collect your money. Be very hesitant about working with them or providing any information. You are much better off on your own and saving the cost of their fees. Absolutely ********************* P

Dear Mr.****,After a thorough review of your case by our Director, we want to provide clarity on a few important points.Our records confirm that our attorney mailed the signed Form 433-D, along with the CP3219A letter, to the *** on December 13, 2024. The *** agent at the time informed us that no further action was required from our side. We were advised to wait for any further notices and for you to notify us upon receiving them.If you had not received the notice, the appropriate first step, as outlined in our process, would have been to reach out to us directly. We would then have had our attorney contact the *** to address any concerns.Unfortunately, you chose to take action outside the scope of your Service Agreement, specifically Section 18:"Client Interaction with Tax Authorities Client-initiated communication with tax authorities without *****'s knowledge or presence may disrupt the resolution process and will be viewed as a violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement, giving ***** the right to terminate the case. Furthermore, the client is required to send a copy of any mail received."This action has disrupted the resolution process and constituted a breach of the terms of our agreement. Based on the work completed and this breach, the Director has determined that a refund will not be issued.If you would like, I can provide proof of all work completed on your case. They did nothing to help my situation. They do not communicate at all. Did not do anything to resolve my issues with the ***. Took my money and did nothing. I received a letter from the *** saying I have a payment plan. ***, I could have set that up myself. They tell you they can reduce the amount due, but they can't, at least not in my case. And I think they know when they can and can't help, but they sell to everyone, even if they can't help. I used them because they were endorsed by a pundit I follow, but I got shafted. Won't do that again.

Everything that everyone has said so far is true. I would most definitely not recommend this company what so ever! They lure you in with the *** loan saying no credit check and its secured by your refund. Thats not the case. They denied me for my holiday loan and then deny my for the refund anticipation loan which is suppose to be secured by my refund. They didnt waste anytime E Filing my return. On top of that they never even notified me it was accepted by the ***. These people most definitely give scammy vibes. Stay as far away from these people and learn from my experience. There not gunna waste anytime taking the $500+ fee they charge . If I would have known this I would have done my own taxes with turbo tax or another free filing site. DO NOT FILE WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER THE IMPRESSION YOU WILL GET THE LOAN BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT! It will just add on to the frustration that your already dealing with in life..

I initially contacted Tax Network USA as a potential client based on their recommendation by Daily Wire. I spoke briefly with ***** ******* on December 19th at 10:40am. I was at work and unable to do the initial consultation call at that time. ***** informed me that he would be out of the office through the end of the year, so we scheduled a call for January 6th between 5-5:30pm, after I had explained that I have a varaible work schedule and couldn't ensure that I would be available until after 5pm. ***** called at 2:25pm, 3:42pm, and 3:58pm, and again at 3:08pm on January 7th in addition to sending an email both days. We spoke briefly on January 9th and scheduled a call for the following Monday.During our 12 minute call, he gave vague answers to my questions and said that more would be explained after I paid the $7500 retainer. I told him that I needed to discuss the details with my wife and father as well as another firm I had also spoken to while I was waiting to connect with *****, and that I would contact him Tuesday or Wednesday with my final decision.On Wednesday, January 15th at 4:13pm, he left me a rude voicemail, saying that he was going to "give up on me."I sent ***** a text message the following afternoon letting him know that I did not appreciate his communication and that I was no longer interested in becoming their customer.He proceeded to accuse and insult me because of my decision not to hire him, saying that this "is exactly why I'm in the position I'm in," "Good luck, I'll need it," and that I "just make excuses." He even sent an email afterwards with the same sentiments.I feel this was an entirely unwarranted and unprofessional way to treat a potential customer, and was a far cry from the experience that I had while shopping other firms.I'm thankful that this happened before I paid the retainer. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how I would have been treated once they had been paid.

I contacted Tax Network USA regarding a big tax issue I couldnt deal with. *** was threatening to seize my assets and or garnish my wages. Tax Network USA stopped the **** aggression towards me and got me into a program I didnt even know I qualified for. These guys are complete ripoffs I knew I was gonna get screwed but the smooth talker that I trusted and took my $2200 got the best of me I paid f$2200 for them to prepare 2 years tax returns then they wanted to charge extra to do a resolution and they didnt tell me that you had to qualify for a resolution wanted to charge me more $$ s**** these guys and *** ******* got promoting them

This agreement specified the scope of our services and the conditions under which additional work might be necessary.After filing the clients 2023 tax return, it became evident that their liability had increased to nearly $30,000well beyond the original $5,000 covered by the resolution protection. This unforeseen liability required an adjustment to the resolution plan to reflect the increased scope of work needed from our attorneys and tax professionals.While we understand the clients frustration, it is important to note that this adjustment was based solely on the additional complexity of the case. Our team communicated this to the client, offering to proceed with the resolution once a financial questionnaire was completed. The client disclosed having significant income and assets, ultimately stating they would pay off the balance in full instead of pursuing a ************* is worth emphasizing that our firm completed all services the client initially paid for, including preparing their tax returns and assisting with the resolution process up to the agreed scope.
