DATE 1/7/2025. My wife and I purchased a Mercedes CLA 250 certified preowned on Friday 1/3/2025. The very next day 1/4/2025 the check engine light came on. My wife and I now have concerns regarding the car and the possibility of the technician gun-decking the inspection to get the car to be labeled as "certified preowned". I dropped the car off on 1/6/2025 and received a call that the one of the cylinder head I believe is bad and that the vehicle needs a replacement of the cylinder head. I went in on 1/7/2025 my wife and now do not feel comfortable so wanted to void the contract the so we can part ways and look for a new vehicle elsewhere. One of the sale managers **** Berjaoui came to talk to me and basically said it's your car and sorry we can't take it back you bought it. Mind you we purchased on 1/3/2025 and the next day 1/4/2025 the engine light came on. I'm an active-duty service member of 20 yrs and all we wanted was the dealer to take responsibility for a vehicle they sold. Now I'm forced to jump through hoops to escalate this matter to MBZ USA and possibly a civil claim.

My wife and I have purchased two brand new Mercedes sprinter vans from the Mercedes-Benz of Escondido dealership. The first van was delivered from the factory missing the refrigerant in the air conditioner. We drove that van for one month until the compressor blew up due to our running the air conditioner without any of the required liquid in it. We took the van to Mercedes and they apologized For not checking the van out before giving it to us and apologized that the van was delivered from the factory with this problem. We purchased a second Brand new Mercedes sprinter In August of this year (2024). After driving that vehicle 100 miles it became a parent that there was an issue and noise coming from the right front Wheel. 120 miles on this brand new vehicle we had to take the vehicle into the service department where they worked on it for a week and again said Woopsie Both of these issues should have been caught by the dealership and the quality control person before giving us these vehicles. The registration for the vehicle was somehow lost in the mail. The dealership had to file for a new registration, and when they did this, they screwed up our registration and registered it as a privately owned vehicle as opposed to registered it to our business. Not only did we specifically tell them to register it to our business and our business name is on the registration But they had the experience of registering the first Mercedes sprinter correctly. According to the people working at the Mercedes dealership, all of these sprinters are registered commercially. We even bought it through the commercial side of the dealership. Again, they said Whoopie. We are still not able to use this vehicle as they have had to re-file a 3rd time for our registration that they have screwed up.I would like a refund for each of the months that we have been charged that we have not been able to use this vehicle. That is not even remotely close to the amount of money I have lost.

I paid for them to "check" my battery on a car I purchased there. They charged me & determined it was defective. Fast forward a month they also determined it was under warrantee & replaced it at no charge BUT never issued me a refund for money paid. I paid $50 coupon & $207 cash. I have been told I would receive a credit card credit on July 11th by ********************* but regardless of my many attempt[t to contact him I have not received this money back.

My 2019 A220 with only ~****** miles on it is a lemon. I want Mercedes to buy back my car because my car has so many issues and repairs needed that are significant for a car of this age that should not occur. I have been unable to get anyone from Mercedes Escondido service or MUSA to call me back regarding this issue.

Purchase of a used vehicle, with defective tires, they had to replaced immediately and I was told the dealer would reimburse the cost, as one of the tires had a split in the rubber and could have caused an accident. They only reimbursed for the one tire, $525 instead of $1800 Then the *** has held the title on the vehicle due to a discrepancy in the milage, causing a problem of ownership. I have repeatable emailed and called the "new" manager, ****, who has not responded personally, instead he has had his receptionist *****, explain that there is no compensation or anything they can do,. This is clearly misrepresentation of contract and a demand for refund to allow car to be safe, and sellable.

On 8/18/2023, I took my car to Mercedes Benz of Escondido for its annual service. When I picked up the vehicle, I started driving, and I noticed a large crack in my windshield that wasn't there when I dropped off the vehicle. I had to initiate a request with the dealership to get the windshield replaced, and to date, the dealership has not replaced the windshield. The dealership has not offered any additional information other than "the windshield is on backorder." I've reached out to multiple dealerships in the area who say that the windshield of my specific vehicle (2019 Mercedes Benz G550) is available in September. I'm trying to resolve directly through this dealership because they caused the damage. I've escalated the matter to the service manager who has said nothing more than "bear with me," but who has also ignored my emails over the last week or so. I want accountability for this action. First, the dealership let me drive off the lot with a cracked windshield that they caused. Second, the dealership has not offered a refund of $279.29, the amount I paid for the service. Third, the dealership has not contacted me when I've followed up with them. All of these actions are unacceptable. Especially because I've found other locations that are able to get the originally manufactured windshield part that is needed. I want this dealership to replace the windshield and to issue me a refund for the service I paid for.

Due to at least 1 open recall , I cannot sell the car , I cannot trade the car. This is unacceptable. You need to take the car back and send to the merc factory.
