Management refuses to give owners/residents gate/bldg access codes. They will only provide them to strangers/vendors for security reasons. I cant get anything delivered to my residence unless I am home. This is such an inconvenience and they dont understand how difficult it is and time consuming to stay home and wait for a delivery. My prescription medication was delayed until the next business day for me to pick up because they couldnt access my building. Its sad that as a homeowner Im not allowed to enter my own building if I step out of my unit to answer the building door. Even with the *** increase six months apart, I am not allowed to have the access codes. This place is not inviting at all. Youre supposed to want people to live at your community, not force them to leave. It seems like the bldg ***** doors constantly have to be repaired because residents dont have the access codes and resort to damaging the door. How secure is that?! Also, were supposed to have a leisure/game room in each building but they shut them down yet they increase the ***. The laundry/dryers break down with no repair for three months. The fences are in need of repair. The gate is always open. Which makes it easy for towing companies to enter the complex or transients to dig in the dumpsters or enter bldgs and a teal packages. The bldg doors also need to be painted. Management also never posts when the monthly meetings are to be taking place which is a violation of their CC&Rs.
