    I purchased a 2007 ****** Quest on Thursday 8/15/24 from Eureka Auto Wholesale. Two days later on Saturday 8/17/24 the check engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic on Monday 8/19/24. He said it was the catalytic converter. There is a possibility that the car would not have passed smog on the day that I purchased it. He also found broken motor mounts. I went to Eureka Auto Wholesale later that day. I told them that the catalytic converter was bad and about the broken motor mounts. The back door also does not lock and the driver's window does not work properly. They agreed to fix those four items. I have witnesses that can attest to them saying that they were waiting on the parts multiple times. After more than thirty days the salesman *** ****** called stating that they decided they would no longer be fixing any of the items. They also falsified the safety check list. The door locks, power windows, and CAT were checked on that list as passing inspection. The salesman *** ****** also lied about the warranty. He told me that it covered the drive train and that the car would have to completely break down for it to qualify. I waived purchasing the warranty based upon what he told me. I found out later that the car did not have to break down and that it covered much more than he stated. I also have multiple witnesses that can attest to that. They have a very bad reputation online and currently have a F rating on Better Business Bureau. I have requested the owner's phone number and to set up a meeting with him. The salesman *** ****** will not let me speak directly to the owner of the company. I have tried to work with Eureka Auto Wholesale on a resolution many times. They have lied to me numerous times and they have gone back on their word to repair the items. They have done this to many people over the years and they need to be shut down. I would like a full refund of my purchase price.
