    I went to get my nails done and at the end of the service I paid in full and left the owner stole my card information and my pin and charged me additional $240 I had to file a police report and Im still waiting to get my money back

    My name is ********************. I'm the owner of Nails 21. on 12/26/23 we did her nails and all her families. total of 6 peoples in her group. they all did pedicures and manicures with gel polish herself is $90.00 her mom is $105.00 and one of her sister is $90.00 and also another sister is $45.00 and both her niece got gel polish done on there hand $40.00 total her bill was $370.00 when she come out a pay her bill she was talking to me about she has to pay for everyone I felt bad I gave her a discount $30.00 then her bill only $340.00 I told her that but I was accident put on the credit card only $240.00 she know it she saw it but I didnt see it she ran out fast at that moment I didnt know why she ran out fast I got thinking and look back the bill I saw the amount was wrong and I ran out to her car she saw me but she didnt stop she just drive away fast at that moment I didnt have her phone number at all then I made a phone call to the credit company to ask them for the decision then they gave me a advice to add on her bill for extra $100.00 I did that because I just want her to call me back and talk about the bill I just didnt want to still her $100.00 dollars at all I just want her to know if that was me doing all her family I would give her that $100.00 easy but this all the workers did her families nails I have to pay there commission I lost money I didnt make any money at all of her ***************** she understood but here she didnt want to hear what I said she started cursing at me call me name she wasnt nice at all at the moment I still have a massage I gave her and her cursing at me I felt she wasnt nice person at all then I just never did return her massage I hope you guys look more into this for me and let me know what should I do to make it right for my business Thank you my phone number is **********.
