  I went to get an oil change their and during the service they let me know a couple of my fluids that also needed to be serviced and the attendant told me each of them would be $9.99 which I agreed to. There was one for $124 that I had declined as I indicated that was too much. When I paid at the end of my service I saw that they charged me $99.99 for each of the fluids. Had I know it was $100 and not $10 I would have declined like I did with the $124 one. So a $100 oil change turned into a $300 one. I asked if there was anything they could do since I did not agree to $100 each and all they could do was take $15 off which is nothing compared to $200. I also called and spoke to the manager who also said he couldn't do anything and would forward my complaint up with no indication of any resolution so here I am. I feel scammed in that I was led to believe I would only have to pay $20 more and not $200. I am looking for compensation. I am more than willing to pay for the oil change itself and the $10 for each fluid like they initially told me as well as the other small charges I did agree to. I have uploaded the receipt to show the two $99 dollar charges.

  To Whom it May ***************** am writing in response to a complaint filed by ********************************* regarding the service price for a power steering and a coolant/antifreeze service. First, having been in business for over 20 years, we, nor any of our competitors have ever charged $9.99 for either of these services. In fact, $9.99 would not cover the cost of the fluid used to perform these services, let alone the labor for them to be professionally performed. For example, the coolant used to perform the radiator service retails at $21.99 per gallon. Again, this does not take in to account the actual cost of performing the service. Furthermore, our technician verbally confirmed the service price for each service. Additionally, we display all our pricing on a large, ***************************** plane site. 
  
  Again, charging $9.99 for either service is astronomically low. As stated by yourmechanic.com, the typical service price for power steering ranges between $111.00 and $177.99 and the typical service price for radiator/cooling system flush is between $201.00 - $224.99. As you can see, we are significantly cheaper than average. 
  
  With all that said, I responded to ********** review on Yelp stating to please contact our guest relations directly in hopes that we may come to a resolution. ********* chose not to respond. It is our desire to work towards a resolution with *********, however we are unable to currently if we do not receive a response.
