            A long story but I needed help with a Netgear product. I did a search and their fake site came up. After letting them in on my computer via Anydesk software they immediately started looked at thing that had nothing to do with Netgear. Pretend to do a few things and say I had a virus, which Netgear would never get involved with but they convinced me until I figured out they were a hoax. The have a lot of convincing stuff and I have a case open with Netgear as they have said they get a lot of calls about this site/company. If you scroll way to the bottom of site in fine print they then say they aren't Netgear but no one would ever get that far. A chat box comes up, you give them info and they call you. Then proceed to get access to your computer and after much time demand their fee of $199 for doing nothing. They pretend they put safe guards on all your equipment but can't tell you where or what. I was forced to pay to get my computer back. I have since looked further into them and there are a lot of conflicting site things out there about them and no address except for the one in ******* which either is a storage area or dump apartment. They do claim a ********** location but I couldn't get into on that. Much of what they proposed was online and they deleted it. They also used my email to confirm some of this without me knowing as they blocked me from seeing it on my screen. It was only after we disconnected I found their c*** Please help me as this $200 is a lot of money for an old person and medical issues/bills.
