  On 08/09/2024 Jeff Ramirez Towing located at ******************************************** towed my vehicle a 2001 *** 740i at 10:17am. During the tow which was video recorded from my home security camera, the toe operator carelessly damaged both ****************** side door ****************** I noticed the damage when I retrieved the vehicle on 08/15/2024. On 08/21/2024 I had the repair damages evaluated by a licensed auto body shop and on the same day presented the ************* evidence and the repair quote to Jeff Ramirez Towing. The receptionist then called the manager, ***** and notified him of the incident and that I had dropped off the documents of the event. I was then given ******* phone number to talk to him. Upon calling, I was told he was on vacation until 09/05/2024. I then waited a fee days after his return date for him to reach out to me. ***** failed to call me. I called ***** and spoke to him and he told me he was unaware of the incident but would only be willing to pay me $100. I refused the offer and remarked that "I would just like the damages his driver caused repaired the right way by professionals in a timely manor." ***** then told me my vehicle is old and he will not pay for the damages in full that his company caused. He then told me he would speak to his attorney and call me back. Over a week later I still haven't heard back from ***** at Jeff Ramirez Towing. I called in on my own for an update and he said there is no proof that his driver caused the damages even though I presented video evidence. He also claimed the vehicle is old and is not worth it and told me to get a secondary quote and that he would also have someone come look at the damages in person. He then added again "the car was old." I told ***** old or not my property was damaged and should be taken care of regardless of how he feels if something's age determines if it should be repaired or not if damaged. Jeff Ramirez Towing has zero integrity and lacks good business practice.
