Slug HOA Management Trust ******************** prides itself on quality service per their Sorry LinkedIn Overview statement lolol. My Garage day is on Thursday there should be every day. I have reached out to Slug Management since 2021 with emails, calls, and certified letters from the attorney Slug refuses to mediate. I spoke to the staff and promised to call back NOT. The **** Management Trust either moving slow or not at all should be their slogan.

I'm a brand new owner. The AI assistant, owner portal, and three different people have now failed to answer a simple question about the community for an entire week. I am unimpressed to say the least. No one answers. No one calls back.

Dealing with this management for almost 4 years.We pay a high monthly payment but none of the community problems have been addressed efficiently. Meeting after meeting without any actual results. Thanks to their weak management, our community has turned to a ******* community following the rules of jungle. Maintenance of the community so basic and insufficient that after the 4 years of their management we have just started to deal with roaches, rodents, ants in our garages and around the community. Our Buildings are covered with spider nets. Dirty windows.Damaged, Unhealthy lawns and trees. People living in neighborhood, use our pool as a public pool and management has no control over it . They bring their animals, drugs and drinks to the pool area, make a mess.People leave trash cans outside in heat and attract all kind of bugs and roaches, because the management does not have the power to force the rules and regulations of the community.Commercial trucks and vehicles park inside the community, in guest parking areas. Residents park their cars outside while they are supposed to use their garages.In short this management has no power over the community rules and needs, except collecting a good amount of money every month and wasting it instead of fixing things.Oh. Just remembered. They are excellent in one thing. Hiring trapping vendors to trap the birds and pigeons, leave them several days in cage and in heat with no water and sufficient amount of food, so the bird gets cooked and die in cage just inorder to keep the solar panels clean and free of bird poops. Our Children enjoy this show, watching it through the windows! You know? For some people,the solar panel covers have not been invented yet.By the way this community is located in *************.

*******. Dishonest. They create new ways to fine you and strong arm you into paying them. Horrible company

They are straight sharks, and will rob you for every *****. As well as fine you for everything not even following proper warning guidelines. They also have no control over the *** Board and let them get away with whats obviously illegally and unethical. I have never in my life experienced this type of neglect and lack of professionalism. A true *** nightmare.

This is the worst property management company. They complete zero maintenance around the community but they continuously raise the dues. Just below the max ****** allow every year. But still no landscaping, dry rot on all the buildings. The buildings hot water heater this gone out twice in one month both times it takes them over 3 days to get the hot water on. Over 20 owners including young children are without hot water for multiple days. The management provided no updates no ETA on when it will be fixed. If youre thinking about purchasing or renting and this company is the management.run. It will only be a costly headache everyday

The Management Trust is nothing more than a legal money hoovering machine, taking advantage of *************** in ******--at the expense of homeowners. Their payment website is something out of the year ****. And God forbid you are late with a payment. They'll charge you $70 to send a certified letter telling you you're late. And that's on top of exorbitant late fees. Good luck setting up auto pay to avoid this...I think an average 7th grade coder could create a more intuitive, functional website. The *** doesn't provide services consistent with the money being charged. Nearby communities offering a pool, fitness studio, community center, and gardens charge a similar amount in dues. What does our *** do? Govern house paint colors, who and what can park where, and police the pruning of trees. They don't do the work, they tell you to do the work and then find new ways to ***** more fees. If you consider buying a home where the *** is managed by The Management Trust, maybe think twice.

A work order was filed on July 4, 2022 to fix a gutter over my balcony. Eight month later, nothing has been done, all I am getting, just promises to look into it. Every month we pay $338 to this company for them to take care of our property, and you would think, for that price of the ticket, we should get a better service. No wonder, they are not a BBB accredited business. This is not a management company, this is a MISMANAGING company.

Fails to adhere to the applicable ********** Statutes or our HOA Bylaws. Consistently allows the president of our Board to do whatever, regardless of governing regulations (remaining 6 Board Members simply agree rather than argue). Today the Board President, rather than deal with issues raised by HOA members, authorized Management Trust to determine the validity of Member's complaints/Issues, in breach of her fiduciary duty... and ***** allowed it! Nobody is running the ship! Election in 35 days. Then good riddance to current board and Management Trust.

.Aggressive staff towards homeowners, and even the simplest questions go unanswered. The upper management ( president) has been notified time and again with no change in site. Covid mandates, when they were relevant, were not adhered to in a senior community. Overall a toxic environment for homeowners.
