*******, the property manager at The Preserve at ************* in *************, ** towed an authorized guests vehicle that was parked in a parking spot labeled guest. She was not an overnight guest and had arrived on the premises after 9am. He refuses to admit that this was a mistake on his part. *************** is not honoring the Lease Contract as it is written. My rent has changed every month since I started paying my son's Rent in October2024. Every Month the RENT has changed. The lease Contract documents base rent is $2,210.00 and total monthly rent is $2,210.00. Page seven of the lease Contract documents Utilities None. No addendum was furnished to tell me I must pay $25.00 for Water. I spoke to the ladies in the local Office in person three separate times they are reporting they have nothing to do with what COPORATE does and cannot make changes. In past month I have reported there's been two Water leaks in my apt. It took maintenance until the 31st January to find the broken PIPE in wall behind the shower/toilet. Maintenance cut a hole in the wall and wrapped the leaking pipe and left a blower to dry the floor. Maintenance said the broken Pipe will be fixed by Monday 3rd February2025. I reminded the local office in person to come fix the wrapped broken pipe on Monday. Maintenance came at the end of the day to report there's a Roof Leak and Another Broken Pipe so they can not come to fix my wrapped Broken Pipe because there no overtime pay. What is happening to this American Nation? I'm a proud American that has Served in the ****************** as a Officer. I have paid rented and dealth with multiple Lease Contracts but not one like this, which gives the wrong Total Monthly Rent and leaves the door open to change the rent monthly. I am retired living on Social Security. The rent is set up to take the whole retirement check.FPI Management Response

Completely crooked since I moved in in 2016. Is basically all gangs and criminals. Rent was raised above federal regulations when ****** moved in, he told lies that he would be installing cameras with it. There already are cameras. Total criminal. Created a hostile environment that is guilty of several thousands of felonies. Knowingly rented to stalkers, criminals, and gang members and conspired with a crazy police department to do those crimes. Basically they are guilty on all fronts. ****** the manager is the worst one yet and claims to have killed a tenant that he shot and set up mass shooting and stalking threats daily. A total psychopath.FPI Management Response

I rented an apartment in ******************. Signed a 14 month lease, paid the deposit and fulfilled my lease term. I initially signed the lease with my boyfriend at the time, who moved out one month into the lease term. He paid no deposit and no rent I paid everything. I asked the leasing team about getting him off the lease. I was told the only way they would allow that would be if he signed a document agreeing to be released from the lease even though technically he has comitted lease abandonment, moreover I submitted a police report showing that if I contacted him I would be putting myself in danger. So he stayed on the lease. When I moved out the leasing office sent me an email indicating I was entitled to a partial refund on my deposit but half of that would go to the ex boyfriend who paid nothing, who they were aware had not lived there for more than a month. Didn't care that I couldn't contact him due to safety issues. So now if seems they have decided to not even give me the partial refund they had emailed me I was entitled to. ****************. Do an internet search FPI Management and FTC lawsuits and you will see the true colors of this company. I expect no recompense, am not interested in any textbook "apology" it means nothing coming from this companyFPI Management Response

After seven years of living in a nice safe quiet complex. It has drastically changed. I have pictures of someone writing a racial slur near my door. The breezeway is disgusting, dog f**** left everywhere including in between the buildings. I've requested my unit to have a light bulb replaced because they are custom bulbs it's been almost month still in the dark. I've requested my unit be sprayed for pests every two weeks. They refused and have bombed my apartment five times no routine sprays. ********************** is infested with roaches and I no longer want to live here. The office is making me stay another month because Yazlim ****** said I didn't give proper notice on 11/4/24 to leave on 11/30/24. I would have to wait until December 1st and leave December 31st. After all these years it's disheartening to be treated like this. Yazlim ****** did offer to call the exterminator owner herself if I stay but shouldn't do that anyway if I stay or leave? I have emails and screenshots of letters I've sent requesting these issues to be fixed. No response and now I cannot leave. This is sad.FPI Management Response
