This company outsourced their customer service team that operates all operational functions including billing. I was sent an absurd bill, harassed to pay it, and after I asked multiple times for a physical emailed copy of what the bill was for. The "sessions" were listed, but they would not say with which provider until I asked a few more times for that information. The bill was still inefficient with information and they essentially pressured me to pay the bill on the spot. Instead of providing a space for mental wellness, this business operates under schemey tactics trying to scam patients into paying for bills that they most likely should not have to pay for because it was a made up session. They are always harassing me for another appointment via phone call after I have asked to not call me. Instead of feeling like my mental wellness is getting better, Advanced Psychiatry Associates over charged me for made up sessions causing me to have severe financial anxiety and adding to a mental decline in the past couple months. I do not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a place that has a team in the U.S.A. that wants to actually help (instead of just putting you on a schedule and hanging up before they even tell you when the appointment is...), mental wellness, or quality customer service.

This is a bad place for help! In the past 6 mths they have canceled at least 3 appts. 1 was when I was already in an **** got a call saying the person I had made an appt with had canceled my appt! 2 I had an in-person appt w *****, I show up while in the waiting room the receptionist tells me she has canceled my appt, I say why? The receptionist told me she said her and I are not a good match! ***** is or was, she is great and she only prescribes medicine. I had told her about the canceled appts and she said she agreed w me, that this office is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced with! Back to *****, I actually had a phone conversation w her, and she said that the psy. When I had my 2st apptchologists there were not trained in Alzheimer/Dementia! She did say she could see me for 3-5 appts! I told her I didnt need her that area, I just wanted help w anxiety about my disease! This I believe, should have NOT have been a reason to cancel my appt! My very first appt was a big mess bc I walked into ****** office and she said my appt was for a follow up appt! She walked me out to receptionist area and told the receptionist that I needed a different kind of appt called in-take appt so I had made another appt for that! I could at this time I had made a big mistake coming to this office! So ***** told me I needed o make an appt with one of their PSYCHCOLOGISTS ! Bring me back to the conversation w ***** when I w told she canceled me, I asked the receptionist is there ANY other Psychologists back there who could help me, wait the receptionist said NO Unbelieveable, what kind of unprofessional office is this????

I was charged $250 before the first visit that ended up being only a medication visit. This person, who I thought was a psychiatrist was nearly 45 minutes late to a 60 min appt. Then said we would meet again the following week on a Wednesday. Then suddenly all communication ceased. None of my messages were replied to, no Wed appt set up - nothing! They just disappeared. This is very serious. I was in need of mental health help.

Beware!! They have co-insurance they do not disclose until you have a bill due of >$1,000.00! They say they have been sending bills quarterly, however I have never ever received a bill until now. Another issue to beware of is they will say your provider (whom youve been seeing along) is suddenly not covered on your insurance. They send some fill in who states just covering and wait for it..filll in provider only asks Do you need meds refilled?. Then session is done in < 1.5 min. Then all of a sudden regular provider becomes available (out of the blue) for next session. This company is all about $ and practice unethical billing practices. Recommend you not receive services from this company. Too much monkey business and lack of transparency disclosing co-insurance bills.
