October 2024: dropped of my car and half the total payment(1500/3000). Called and texted to check on car no response. November 8, 2024, I finally got a hold of somebody, they said they repaired my car and itll be ready for pick up that day. I showed up to the shop and everything was gone. My car, other cars and the shop was now completely empty. The building manager told me they were evicted. I didnt know where they took my car.

Then I called yulber who was the one I Zelled because they dont take cards for payment. He was supposed to call me back. Its been almost a week still I have not been contacted. ******* offered store credit for 825 through text which is less then I paid. They dont have another transmission. I recommend not buying here they are dishonest and do not make any attempt to help the customer. Very sketchy place.

Ive been in contact ****** (last name unknown) in regards to making repairs to my vehicle. He advertised that he had 2 available used motors that I found on car-parts.com and also confirmed when I called him on the first day of my vehicle breaking down. He told me they would install the engine and warranty both the engine and labor. I Immediately towed it that same day 12/18/2023 to him and he said hed be in touch with me. He didnt advise me that the vehicle was received. On 12/20/23 I texted him and asked him for an update and received no response. On 12/22/23 I reached out again to him for an update and he said the work on my vehicle had been started and that the vehicle would be ready on 12/29/23. I received no update by noon on 12/29/23 so I drove to his shop to check on the progress. When I get to the my vehicle has not been touched, and I found one of his employees sleeping inside of it. He stated the reason was he had no available engines but confirmed with me prior to me towing the vehicle. This continued to go back and forth. I went again to the shop on 1/17/24 and observed that my broken engine was removed from my vehicle and when I called him for an update he said he still didnt have an engine. Not sure mine was removed without a replacement. I advised him to just put back my broken motor in the car and Ill have my vehicle towed back to my resident. On 1/24/24 I havent heard any update on my original engine being reinstalled back in the car. On 1/25/24 he told me to pick up my vehicle on 1/29/24 with my original engine installed. On 1/29/24 he contacted me saying my vehicle is ready. He told me that the motor was swapped. He didnt give me any information on the motor that was installed in the car and it has more codes in it prior to when I towed it to him. Every decision was made without my consent or permission. Hes threatening to lien sale my vehicle if I dont pay him for his work that I never acknowledged.

On Sept 27th I took my Lexus to Valley auto parts. and told me it would take 4 days. I dropped my car off and 2 weeks later no work had been done to my car. I was told by one of his workers on oct 16th that the engine they had was no good but would find me another engine. upon visiting the shop 2 weeks after this I found they started to put another engine in but it was the wrong engine the engine for the car is suppose to be a 3.0 liter engine the one they installed was a 2.5. the mechanic at the time told me that 2 plugs on my engine harness were missing and he needed those to complete the install. I sourced the 2 plugs and brought them to him the next day. a few days after that I got a call from the owner stating that my engine harness was missing 11 plugs on the harness and that I should take it to another shop to finish. I refused and went to the shop and that's when I discovered they had installed the wrong engine in the car. after 2 weeks of arguing with the owner on a visit I made on oct 16 in a recorded conversation the owner and I argued about the motor and after debating he said he was going to remove the motor and I needed to come pick up my car. I asked him when he would have the motor out he said when he had time. on November 9th I returned back to the shop after the owner had told me that I needed to pay for the motor and to come pick it up and he would give me my money back when I brought the motor back to him. I told him I would do no such thing and he threatened to put a lien on my car. I have tried to resolve this issue with the owner I have pictures and video to support the things he told me that he changed and also proof that the engine is the wrong engine. I asked on multiple times on my visit to show me the missing plugs on my harness or incorrect plugs. one other note. the engine is also from the wrong year car so it have never fit to begin with. Im looking for help before he successfully places a lien on my car and sells it.

On February 3 I ordered an engine from Valley Auto Parts. I ordered the engine for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they sent me the wrong one. There were parts on this engine that were different overall, I was not able to install the engine, so I didn't even attempt to. I called right away letting them know my issue, they first would tell me that they had another engine and that they would send me the correct one the next day. Three Days later I haven't gotten anything, no call no nothing. I called again to see what was going on and I told them that I had to get another engine from another place because my customer was in a rush to get this job done. I told them that I needed my money back and if they could pick up their engine. I don't know the names of the people that answered me but it's always the same two guys, this time around the guy was giving me like attitude, maybe because I was telling him to give me my money back, I don't know. They told me that they would sending someone out to pick up the engine this week and just hung up. I tried calling them back to see why they were being so rude about it, but they wouldn't answer me no more. One week goes by and they never came to pick up their engine, I called again for the last time before making this claim, which was today, February 27, 2023. I called and they told me that they are going to send someone at 2pm with the check. They then asked me how much the amount was for, I told them the amount, which was $1750, and they said, "how much!?" and i repeated myself and they just hung up after. I called from 2 different phones like 6 times on each cellphone and they wouldn't answer me.
