    These men are disgusting. ****** knew about ***** sexually harassing me and they lied about services rendered. When I tried speaking to a hierarchy they denied me and said were good after they refused to provide me an itemized invoice knowing they did not change my calipers. They lied multiple times to snap finance and tied to hide the fact that their tech ***** is out trying to prey on women. He kissed me on the cheek and forced really tight bear hugs on me and called me in the middle of the night trying to ask me for money and it was just so disgusting. So unprofessional. Now they want to turn a blind eye and saying they rendered services even though I never returned to complete services because ***** scared me with his sexual and forceful physical advances. I complained multiple times to ****** and he never reported it. He refused to allow me to speak to anyone above him. He said he was going to cut a check of ******* dollars to help me but once I told SNAP FINANCE ****** called me to tell Me he was trying to help and hes not going to help because now I involved snap finance.he refused to provide me with ANY documentation and says he doesnt know where my file is at this point. Conveniently in the same conversation that he said he could no longer help me.

    We reached out to the customer due to the inconvenience. We called her to let her know we want to rectify the situation, and replace the parts that were on backorder. Even though we cannot provide any compensation we are complying to her request of a free oil change and tinting her window(s). In closing she is satisfied with this agreement and will bring her vehicle to the store so we can address the issue.

    Check engine light was on vehicle and codes were misfire in cylinders. Car also over heated for a short period of time. They ended up stating that head gasket blew and I needed to to replace gasket head, exhaust manifold, valves, and water pumps cuz apparently it has two and everything on the list. After two weeks they called and said car was ready. When I picked it up. The check engine light was removed however engine fault service now light came one. They were u able to removed the light and said that it should come off after driving it and if it didnt go back Monday. By Monday the power in the car had diminished. And check engine light came back on alone with the engine fault light. They said it was my throttle body and needed to replace that and it was an additional 800. Got the car back and only the engine fault light remained on. After a couple days check engine light came on again and went to autozone to get the codes before taking the car back to the mechanic on 10/21/23. The car wouldnt start. Had to get it towed to mechanics. Code I got was regarding a valve needed replacement. They said one of two alternators went bad and had to replace it for another $800. I brought up the warranty on the back of the receipt of 30 days or **** miles n how the second light was not on before they touched the car. They stated they will fix it and void the warranty and dont want to with me any longer. They still have the vehicle at this moment. Not sure how to proceed if I still have issues with vehicle once they return it again. They have had my vehicle since September 27th and currently still at the mechanic as of today October 24th

    Hello, this is ****** and upon Brain ******* calling ** at Purrfect Auto about his car overheating.  We told *****, we will go pick up the car because we didn't want him to do more damage to the car so we took coolant topped it off and drove it to the shop.  The car got hot on the drive down but made it no problem.  When inspecting the car found that the cylinder heads were damaged.  We needed to start with a head cylinder job and make sure nothing else was wrong.  when pulling apart we found that the inter cooler was bad, the manifold was bad, and needed new water pump with a auxiliary water pump as well.  when doing the head job we replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils as well.  ***** was told the car was done, but the is a balance do of $700 dollars that he agreed to at the time.  After driving the car a week later Brain brings back the car and we found that the alternator was getting red hot and needed to be replaced.  ***** stated he had no more money and he still owes $700 dollars.  We told him if we wave the balance owed could he pay for the alternator which he agreed to.  After replacing the alternator we found that the new alternator was getting hot so than realized we have a electrical problem.  When starting to check for electrical issues we found that there is a second auxiliary water pump and was back which should be replaced.  We replaced with dealer part and it got shorted out so we started to look at all wiring which took one of my techs over a week and check all wires and pulling apart to find that the car had a short in the wiring not anyone doing but could of been the main problem from the beginning or could of happen when overheating the SUV.  I took us more to time to put the car back together and now runs great no likes on dash.  Reminder we waved the $700 dollars and did not charge for the alternator at all but last charge for the last auxiliary water pump and putting gas in his car.  we did not charge any more labor for the electrical issues, but ***** approved the last water pump and that is all we charged him.  His car is running great and he has it back now.

    Went in for an oil change and smog check I took the coupon I frequently received in the mail stating $11.99 oil change and when I went there was a 2hr wait the guy working his name is ***** said they would honor the coupon if I came the next morning, which I did only to go through a horrible customer service experience, ***** said he never said that he'd honor the coupon that he meant it abt a $39.99 coupon in the back I said to him why didn't you clarify that and he rudely responded "why didn't I what" I genuinely felt uncomfortable with the tone and look I was given, I continued to respond and repeat why didn't you clarify that's still a coupon in your flyer he proceeded to attempt to argue I asked the front desk girl for my keys and then walked out and left. That was a horrible experience by the time I got in my car I was in tears and distressed. They need to stop advertising that and ***** needs to be fired he's awful this took place on July 6th 2023 at approximately 10am

    The front desk agent refuses to allow me to speak with the manager. The mechanics misdiagnosed my car and proceeded with repairs despite learning he diagnosed the wrong issue during his labor. He stated he did not know the issue was something else until he started working. He waited until he completed the repairs to tell me this problem and failed to disclose to me that he knew prior to making the repair. Additionally, the mechanics give me different prices when I come up there sometimes they charge me 100-200$ more than what a different mechanic charges which makes me believe the mechanic is pocketing the extra 100$. He admit he diagnosed the wrong problem but refuses to fix the initial issue or refund my money.
