  I paid ***** (owner) of *******'s custom glass in January of 2024 for my shower glass door. The purchase came with a warranty and a guarantee of the hardware. However, the glass has recently been chipping and slipping down from the hardware. So I reached out to ***** on July 29th to help and fix the glass. It took him until July 30th to pick it up. I have called hundreds of times since July 30th to get the status of the glass and he has not once picked up the phone to speak with me. I text him, and he has only responded a very few amount of times. And when he does respond, it is very short or its a lie. He has told me he has the glass and he will be here that same day and never shows up, or he tells me no one wanted to fix the glass, then he tells me he is on his way to pick up the glass. I have called everyday since July 30th trying to get an update and he refuses to answer my calls. I text everyday - multiple times a day and he has been ignoring my texts. As of recently, when I call it has a dial tone that shows he is out of the country, so that is what is bringing me to report his business. He has a bad history of horrible communication which shows on his YELP page. I went against my better judgement and tried to give a small business owner my business but he has failed me and I just want my money back now.
