Bought a used vehicle from Foothill ranch and Transmission went out within 2 months. Called GM and he said he couldn't help because i bought it as is. If i known that it was a lemon i wouldn't have bought it.. They let me know that they had their mechanics look it over and nothing was wrong with it...I felt i was buying the vehicle from a well known dealership and they would foresure take care of their customers. I bought a brand new car from MB foothill ranch It was *** 350 suv and after 24 hours i realized its a defective car with over 9 errors on dashboard First of all when i was buying the car 11/22/2023 i asked my sales person about recalls or any technical issues with the *** he said no nothing open on this model I said good We finished the paperwork 9pm and the sales person Told me that unfortunately my car is ready for delivery but with 10% charged battery and he said we owe you a full charge next I was excited about my new car and I said ok and i took it and charge it at home the next day i drove the car for 2 miles and 9 warnings came up ABS malfunction Rear axel steering malfunction Brake malfunction Parking assist malfunction Emergency stop malfunction Driver assist malfunction And 5 other errors I took the car back to the dealership the sales person directed me to the service department stating that its probably something small and they will fix it right away The car stayed there for five days and today they said they ordered parts from ******* for a car that has less than 35 miles on it !!!and they told me that i have to wait for another 5 days until they receive the parts I was calling sales person and chasing him on the phone all day with no success to reach him so i went there and I asked them to swap the car with another since its defective and theres recalls and i dont feel safe driving this car The sales person his manager about my case and the manager said we cant do that unless your car stayed in service over 30 days then we can give you another one Long story short Dont buy cars from mercedes benz foothill ranch Because the sales manager doesnt give a s*** about anything But You can service your car there because the service department is very friendly and helpful Especially ********************* and *********************** Also dont get electric vehicles from Mercedes before checking the recalls on the model you want.

Not like any other mercedes benz dealership. Always short on loaners and have terrible customer service. First off, you have to call multiple times to get through to someone in the service department for an appointment. Left voice messages are never returned. Worst of all, they are never accomadting. As an example of today's encounter, I needed a service on my car, so I called last week to make an appointment. They said they don't have a loaner till today, so I waited a week for this appointment. I was late half an hour to the appointment (my fault of course) but it was the first appointment of the day. I was there 730AM. The guy checks the car in and when I ask him for the loaner car so I can move my stuff, he says the loaner no longer exists! After making me wait for this appointment to get a loaner, all of a sudden, the loaner disappears in half an hour? A loaner that was supposed to be in my position for a day or two at least? I asked for the manager, but guess what? Not available. Can't reach the phone either. Straight to voicemail. No reply. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. If this is the level of service you get from an advisor, imagine what level of service is done to your car!

Just went in to service 2020 gls 580 for a service A and the service advisor, *****, quoted $550 for an oil change/filter/visual inspection. I called earlier in the week and the service operator said they cant quote exact price but starts at $299, which should have been a red flag already. ***** gave an explanation that its based on vin#, options on car, different capacity of oil, options, etc. Shocked at the ******** answers and the run around. Other Mercedes dealership charges a fixed lower price for this service for the same car. Dont take your car to service at foothill unless you like to overpay for services and get ******** answers.
