            We purchased our Kit-Cat clock from one of the company's authorized dealers and registered our clock on the company's website. The animation (tail pendulum and rolling eyes) never worked properly, i.e., the animation would work for a short while and then stop, and the pendulum would need to be restarted. When the pendulum could not be restarted, we returned the clock to our dealer. The clock was under warranty, and the dealer attempted a repair that did not last. Our dealer gave us a replacment clock, but we are now having the same problems with the new clock. We attempted to contact the manufacturer (California Clock Company), but they do not accept phone calls or respond to website inquiries. We would like the manufacturer to refund our full purchase price of $54.95, as this clock is a poor quality product that does not work as advertised.

            Product Im livid about is an original Kit Cat Clock in the colour majestic yellow, paid for on November 14, 2023. Order number #******. Directly after unboxing and adding batteries, it did not properly work. The eyes and tail are supposed to have movement and they do not. The company refuses to respond to my emails or address anybodys (other customers besides myself) complaints on social media. Im genuinely frustrated with my husband having paid nearly $80 for something that does not, and seems it will never work. They are in fact aware of the issue - there are many complaints about this specific product problem.

            I bought a clock from this company via ******** Store in *** as a Christmas present. After six months the close just stopped working. I want thru the troubleshooting steps on their website but nothing worked. I contacted the company for warranty repair or replacement and they just ignored me. I want a new clock or a refund.

            I purchased a clock from this company on December 19, 2022, order #****** and had it shipped directly to my mother, *********************, in ******, **. After the holidays, I returned the item via **** Priority Mail in January 2023 and confirmed delivery via tracking. I have not received my refund for the purchase price of $69.99 for this clock. I have sent multiple email inquiries and made numerous telephone attempts. However, telephone attempts are futile as they do not accept calls. I am requesting that my purchase funds be refunded as they received their product back in its original packaging, unused. Thank you.

            Second clock I ordered from them first one was broken they replaced this one stopped holding time Amazon not helping saying Over 60 days and this company has been having me fill put same papers again and again with no resolution I just want another blue clock bottom line
