            I took my car in for repairs and they estimated to be 4000ish.They called me later saying it was a software issue and that it will be around 1200ish after all. They then called back saying it didnt work and that they had to proceed with the repairs and the price went up to 4500ish. Today I was called again and now they are saying that theres more repairs to do and how they want to charge me over ****** dollars and I think thats just outrageous and something needs to be done here.

            I brought my vehicle, 2009 Mini ****** S, to Specialized Auto & Fleet for an issue with white smoke coming out of the tailpipe. After an initial assessment, your team provided an estimate of $2400.00 for the repair, which I agreed to proceed with.However, shortly thereafter, I received a call from your shop informing me that the diagnosis had changed and the cost of the repair had escalated to over $9000.00. I was shocked by this sudden and substantial increase, which I found to be unreasonable and far beyond the market value of my car.Due to the excessive and unjustified cost, I declined to proceed with the repair at your shop. To my dismay, I was still charged the original estimate of $2400.00, despite no work being performed on my vehicle for the original issue.
