            Solar panels were purchased from Trina and installed by solar king 11 years ago. this is the second solar panel to fail under warranty. The first one they sent a replacement panel after five years of service. On the new claim I am apparently getting a "credit". There is no explanation of how to receive the "credit" or even proceed any further and all of my attempts to contact anyone in the company have fallen upon deaf ears. I put it though the claims process as you can see and nothing. I sent an e-mail and received no response. I sent questions though the claims process and they remain unanswered. I went on the ******** chat and they tell me to call with an auto responder. I call and it tells me to email them. There are plenty of methods to contact them but all have failed. There seems to be no accountability whatsoever and no one seems to care. Are they mailing me a check? do I have to find another solar panel from another manufacturer? I am very frustrated and it seems like this kind of flagrant disregard for the end level consumer just keeps getting worse.Thank you *************************
