            I moved out of this establishment on 7/19/2021, They failed to provide me with a security deposit refund or letter of itemized deductions from my deposit, aside from this i have contacted the leasing manager 2 time which she claims she set the letter. I still have not received a letter from them, i am trying to currently get in touch with the owners. However I am not the first to have this issue with the apartment company, I have 3 people I personally know who were victims of this as well as numerous reviews indicate the same even has happened to them. ******* submitted a recent review this year stating the same exact issue. The apartment complex refuses to give back security deposits and do not send itemized deduction letters stating why there is no deposit returned. This company is not following the California Civil Code 1950.5 and I honestly believe there needs to be a full investigation for this apartment complex, this is illegal and unethical.

            Our records indicate the closing move out statement was mailed out 17 days after tenant moved out on August 5, 2021 to the address that was stated on the 30 day notice.  Former tenant recently stated via email she did not receive it and an additional copy as mailed out USPS certified mail on July 25, 2022 requiring a signature.
