I saw this special promotion for Mother’s Day **** posted. before I booked in the appointment with her I verified the price was truly correct ($125.00). when I arrived (05/06/23)I explained to her I wanted to cut my hair, and have blonde highlights.she charged me $150.00(125.00 hair and $25.00 haircut) the highlights was not blonde I had asked her and she said she had applied something and that after two wash it will lighten up but since I’m not an expert I was like oh okay so I paid, thanked her and left but later on I felt burning sensation and my friends and sisters were honest with me about the hair saying it should of look like how I requested and it looks bad. I got home and the burning still continued so I end up texting the hair stylist about the burning and if it was okay to wash it? she said yes and I also mentioned about the color again and send her pictures which she did not replied that day. (05/07/23) I texted her how I felt and if we can work something out or at least get my refund to pay someone else to correct my hair. I got of hold of ****. We met but before she began I had explained my concern and I asked repeatedly if she is able to fix it and if she is not able it’s okay i would rather have my refund and go to someone who is expert in correcting the color. she said not to worry she made it clear that she is able to correct it and fix it. She did what she did and she blow dry it but I did asked not to curled it so I could see the colors. When it was dried I cried and informed her this is not what I wanted it’s purple pink else where. I asked her I would like a refund she then said what I wanted. I said since the beginning whole head blonde highlights, so she then said she can fixed it and she applied something else but once my hair was wet she had stopped and did not wanted to proceed to dry because I made the comment “ I do see the highlights but it’s different colors” so I offered to dry it my self but she said no . Hola mi nombre es **** duefia de paris salon aquien le interese esta carta el dia sabado 6, de mayo bino la senora ***** ami negocio para q le isiera unos rallitos en su cabello le pregunta que color queria m dijo q el q yo quisiera q ella no hera delicada asi q le ise algo q fuera con su tono de piel m pidio q le cortara el cabello abajo del hornbro tambien se lo corte lo segue lo peine se la mostre y m dijo q estava bonito. Aldia siguiente mire q ella m avia mandado un mensaje diciendome que Ila m avia publicado en las redes sociales que le avia echo un trabajo horible y q queria su dinero le dije q mi trabajo estava garantizado que no le podia regresar su dinero y q no trabajava los domingos que ivaser una esepcion para q ella estiviera contenta le pregunte de nuevo q color quieres tus rallitos lo unico q m dijo mas de 5 veces q yo hera la esperta q yo deveria de saver le mistre barios libros de colores de cabello y solamente m repetia lo mismo q yo soy la esperta tambien m dijo q el corte de cabello no le havia gustado tampoco q ella lo queria mas corto se lo corte de nuevo pero tampoco le gusto se puso a Ilorar y apedirme todo su dinero alli entendi que queria el servicio gratis tengo 18 arms de cosmetologa y he tenido muchas clientas como la senora ***** que buscan escusas para tener gratis los servicios la berdad ise mi trabajo muy Bien y no le pienso regresar el dinero muchas graciasBBB Translation:
Hello my name is **** owner of paris salon who is interested in this letter on saturday may 6 Mrs. ***** came to my business to give her a few streaks in her hair, she asks what color she wanted, she told me that he wanted me I wanted her not to be delicate, so I gave her something that matched her skin tone. She asked me to cut her hair below the shoulder, and I also cut it for her, followed it by combing it, and I showed her that it was beautiful. The next day I saw that she had sent me a message telling me that she had posted on social networks that she had done a horrible job and that she wanted her money. I told her that my job was guaranteed that I could not return her money and that she did not work on Sundays That it was going to be an exception so that she would be happy, I asked her again what color do you want your highlights the only thing she told me more than 5 times was that I was the waiter that I should have known, I read several books on hair colors and she only repeated the same thing to me I'm the expert, she also told me that she didn't like the haircut either, that she wanted it shorter, she cut it again but she didn't like it either, she started crying and asking me for all her money, there I understood that she wanted the free service, I have 18 arms of cosmetology and I have had many clients like Mrs. ***** who are looking for excuses to have the services free The truth is my job is very good and I am not going to return the money thank you very much

I am rejecting this response because:
She has the audacity to lie. Like really! We are both grown adults. I know we’re human beings and we will make mistakes and **** needs to own up to her mistake. I texted her what I wanted . In person I told her what I wanted. When I walked in to her salon she confused me with someone else that asked platinum highlights. I said no I want blonde highlights and she asked if I had sent her a picture of the platinum highlights and I said no ?? I’m the one with whole head blonde highlights, haircut cut to the shoulder. I gave her the benefit of the doubt to fix my hair that she ruined but first I did informed her if she will be able to fix what she ruined. If she wasn’t able to fix the damage that she caused I would have been okay as long I got my refund to pay someone else who is able. She stated she was able to fix it. But sadly she made it worst. And Yes I did cry because No mom will pay to get her hair ruined and pay for something that they did not want in the first place. And yes I did asked her to cut my hair again because she did not cut it on the shoulder how I had asked her in the first place. But even then it was butchered. I am not that type of human being to expose her like that on social media. What I posted were suggestions/advices. Her name nor business is not mentioned on the post I posted. All I wanted was to get my hair done how I wanted. A week after I waited to color my hair black and that day I went to a salon and paid to get it lined up since **** butchered my hair. The picture(s) she provided from an angle she got which showed the best but the close up one sees the reality along with the different colors. With all that said I disputed the transaction with my bank and informed them with evidence. I just wish her the best and hope no other mom goes through what I went through. I want to add more evidence but it does not let me. If this case closes it’s fine by me.

I need advices from you guys I feel like I wasted my time and hers I just wished she had given me the refund to fixed it… am I able to get my money back? Any advices thank you
