With the number of negative experiences weve had with service professionals in various industries, it is an enormous blessing to document a wonderful experience, rather than a hard one. ******* was both professional and friendly throughout the experience, from the point I called until the time he drove ******** of, ******* and his co-worker arrived punctually, just a few minutes early which was perfect. ******* and his co-worker were extremely efficient. After what was likely a full day of work, and on a day with a triple-digit high temperature, the two worked quickly to dismantle and remove the spa. My mom and I watched the fascinating process (beginning with tearing apart the planks, before sawing through the fiber glass), and I was especially impressed with how well they coordinated their efforts to get the job done.They not only removed all debris, but even blew away the dust on the patio and the concrete path!Then they got to work on the additional elements Id asked them to remove. The team went WAY above and beyond, on this part of the job as well. While ******* could have claimed he ran out of storage so that he could increase the price, he acted with the integrity.The men not only removed the additional large pieces I requested, but also got rid of some miscellaneous junk on the patio, side yard and in front of the garage. The side yard has been a mess for quite awhile, and Id been planning to deal with these things, myself.For the jacuzzi clean up alone, my mom and I were expecting several hours of labor. Max Power Junk removed the jacuzzi, cleaned up from the removal, and tackled the junk in front of the garage and on the side yard all in the space of 1 and a half hours.This was a fantastic experience. ******* says that he also does handyman services, and is willing to learn new skills. I absolutely anticipate calling Max Power Junk Removal, in the future.
