    I requested a refund because the clothes did not fit. I have been trying to get in contact with them because I no longer has access to the original form of payment and needed to know how they will go about giving a refund. I have emailed several times and have not heard back anything for about a week or two when the email states that I would hear back with 48 hours.

    I was supposed to get a refund for a damaged item this company sent from an order I placed. They have a 14 day window to do returns and I am running out of time because ****** has not responded back to me regarding my refund. I have sent everything messages and stil have not received a response although ****** stated I can be refunded in cash asap if I didn't want a store credit.

    I paid for fast shipping on clothing items from MICAS. After a few weeks, I noticed my items had not been shipped. When I contacted the company, they informed me that the item was out of stock. They gave me two options: either use store credit to order something else or receive a partial refund. However, they did not offer to refund the cost of the fast shipping.I feel they should have never allowed me to place an order if the item was out of stock. This seems like a tactic to make money off unsuspecting customers. When I checked their Instagram, I saw several comments from others stating theyve been waiting months without receiving their items. Taking half of my money for an item they dont even have in stock feels completely unfair.

    I purchased an order of about $72 for my temporary move out of the country. I also purchased expedited shipping to ensure it would come in time. Micas reached out to let me know something was out of stock and gave me options which i immeditaely responded to. I checked up with them several times after this as the order hadn't shipped and my travel date was getting closewr to no response. I eventually started requesting a cancellation and refund since the order hadn't been updated or processed. They responded to me today to let me know they were shipping the order out and couldnt cancel. this is absurd because i asked for a refund long before they bothered to ship my order and I am leaving the country for a year so I have no need for the package anymore.

    I placed a large order with Micas, as a first time customer. A decision I quickly regret after learning that returns seem impossible to achieve. Almost all items from my $300+ dollar order did not fit me. I requested a return via email in which I received a response on how to proceed with several options. One of which was I simply made the return, pay for the shipping, then provide the shipping and tracking information back to them. The email response then did not accept replies on how I wanted to proceed. After failing to reach customer service or another email reply, I decided to ship the items back a week ago, provide them with my tracking number (which states was delivered and I still have no reply.) I am now worried that I lost over $300 worth of money, no clothes from Micas and on top of it, I paid out of pocket for shipping, not to mention the headache. With no clear number to call and speak to a representative. Purchasing from this company/website is a complete ****** I will not be willing to make again.

    I purchased a few items from this company and one of the items, a pair of shoes, when I tried them on they felt very cheap, unstable to wear. I emailed them back right then and there. They replied to me the next day and come to find out, I can return everything except the shoes, which is the item I need to return. I can even return a pair of underwear that I had purchased. Their business and customer service is horrible.

    I placed an order for expired shipping for 2 dresses when I saw my order status did not change after a few days I messaged them.. They responded saying one of my dresses is unavailable. They said they could send my **** 2 packages with one of the dresses arriving at a later date. I asked for a full refund for both dresses since they didnt have one dress in stock and my order was unfulfilled so it wasnt even processed for shipping yet. They stop responding to me and only have me a partial refund. So they are denying me refund to a dress and keeping my shipping money and they havent even filled my order. They should have cancelled the entire order like I requested.

    I received my order on 7/30/24. I purchased 2 sandals on 7/22/24 in 2 different sizes just in case it wasnt true to size and both the sandals sizing is completely off because both sizes dont fit me. It runs extremely small which wasnt indicated in the description. I even used the size chart which is why I bought the 2 sizes. I measure 24.5 cm and I got a 40 and 41 and they fit like a 36 and 37. It also wasnt indicated that its final sale so Im confused as to why when I try to start a return, its not eligible for return. If I wouldve known that prior to my purchase, it wouldnt have wasted my time and money! Its wasnt in checkout or in my confirmation email which is deceiving! The Refund Policy is not consistent with the Return Policy! I viewed the Refund Policy because it was at the bottom of the site when I was checking out, the return policy wasnt and the Refund Policy doesnt mention SHOES! I tried emailing their support and also added the screenshot of the policy I reviewed where it doesnt mention that you cant return shoes and only got a generic message from *****. Clearly their customer service **** dont even read or attempt to help customers. Im looking for a refund or credit. Something!!! I cant get stuck with 2 shoes that dont fit.

    I placed an order for two clothing items from Micass website on 6/16/2024. The items were delivered on 6/21/2024. However, the items did not fit me. When Attempting to start a return on the website, the site kept telling me the return could not be processed because the package had not been delivered yet. I emailed customer support at ************************************ to notify them of the website error message. I got a response from a person named ****** on the support team initially on 6/26/24 asking for pictures for any items defects. I have attempted to submit a return through the website a couple more times but have received the same message that the return could not be submitted due to the package pending delivery. Customer support has yet to assist me with a return or a refund. Every time Ive emailed support, Ive received a generic response from them asking for proof of any item defects/damages.
