  Landist ********* hired So *************** Solutions to help us in a settlement. We were told that we would receive the monies after 90 days but that was in Sep 2022. We are not in Jan **** and still have not received payment from the settlement. **** and his employees are in no contact after many emails and calls his phone goes straight to voicemail. We would like to receive our payment for the money that is owed to us. This is extremely unprofessional.

  Landist Group did not "HIRE" SoCal Lien *********************** sold a claim right to SoCal according to California Civil Code sec. 954.

  
  

  -The disbursement provision agreed to by Landist, and as stated in their complaint, 90 days after the claim is closed out.

  
  

  -In this case, the closeout was January 16, ****, which makes the claim disbursement date April 16, ****.

  
  

  -SoCal has no contractual obligation to Landist until that time.

  Socal Lien Solutions Located at ******************************** Ste *****************************. ********** phone ************ ************ Collected on A settlement for me On December 15th 2022. It was a settlement on a Lien that I had filed against F45 Fitness. The amount of the settlement was ******. This money was supposed to be paid to me 90 days after the settlement. Not only has it not been paid but ************************* who handled my case has refused to contact me or respond to my several inquiries over the last month. He has held on to my money for over 5 months and seems to have disappeared. I would like him to be contacted by the BBB. I will do whatever it takes to collect.   I started this process of recovering my debt from a client on July /6/2021, as they is a debt collector company , do not pay anything, otherwise he would take a percentage of the money recovered, as soon as it was recovered, it says in the contract that 90 days will pass For the money to be given to me, this term expired in December and it is March and I send emails, I call him, and he ignores me, he does not answer, I know that he is behaving well, a unprofessional and that is why I decided to make this complaint, I want him to of the money that was recovered, because it is mine, it is not from this company they only receives 15% $1,050 of the $7,000.the claim close for $6150 i ask him for copy of the check that receive and i not receive i want to see because our claim was for $7000 they never ask me if ok with that amount
