The first time i buy from this company they sent my order with $60 worth of parts missing. could not start on my build, After spending $700 this is beyond unacceptable. There are jigs and lowers i see other companies selling for cheaper. Ill just go with them.Review from Andrew K.

Been ********************************************************************************** emails. Worst customer support experience Ive ever encountered. I did finally get an update via their live chat and they basically said that theyd ship it in the next couple of weeks! Im about to cancel my order and report it on my credit card. i wouldnt give you guys a single star if i could, ive placed an order july 2nd for 215$ its now july 18th and no tracking number. nobody ever emails me back cant get ahold of anyone i would have bought 3 lonewolfs with the money i spent with yall and im wishing i did now ship my products already or answer my emailsReview from ther r

No update in 14 days and my order has not shipped and I do not have a tracking number can I get an update and have my item shipped? I do not understand how Amazon can get my item to me the same day it is ordered and 80% cannot get my item to the dock and send me an email in two weeks?Review from Martin W

************ and hard to get customer service. Wrote a review about a Mill Bit on 4/18/22. Explained why I gave it 1 star. It never got posted but there was another review on the same item that had 5 stars at a later date when I summited mine. **************** is horrible at replying by email. On the site they say 5-7 business days and its been 7 business. False advertising in my opinion.Review from John M

Placed my order with them about 3 weeks ago, took my money and didn't ship out the order as of yet. So i sent an email asking to see if my order has been fulfilled, and I received a email back saying they don't ship to ********, only after i inquired about my order, Will no do business with this company ever. I will let the gun boards know of this deception. Sad company's do this kind of crooked nonsense.Review from Philip J

Terrible customer service bad products when you have a problem they will not help you very expensive for what you get you can buy cheaper and better products elsewhere they will not refund your money they will not help you with problems you have and they will totally ghost you.
