            Terrible customer service. Employees and supposed escalation team just repeat themselves off teleprompters! Lost 1500 due to their employee error and no one gets it nor, cares! Disappointing!!!

            I had an absolutely terrible experience with Z Gallerie. I ordered my product months ago, and after waiting SIX months, it finally arrivedfar later than promised. The worst part, however, was their customer service. I honestly don't know why they even have a customer service department because all they do is provide empty answers and no resolutions. Every time I reached out, I got ********** the end of the day, my only option was to dispute the charge with my bank. Once I did that, Z Gallerie suddenly found a way to ship my item. It's clear that their priority is not customer satisfaction, but rather avoiding issues until forced to ******** yourself the frustrationskip the customer service, and go straight to your bank to dispute the charges if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. Z Gallerie has lost a customer for good.

            We purchased an Oak table for $1300 in February 24. The top was severely scuffed during delivery and after several calls company sent a new table top in May 24. After four months of usage (September 24) there were noticeable stains on the table top. Upon calling Z Galleries to get someone to repair the table or replace it, company said its outside warranty period and are only offering $120 in store credit and customer service told us to put a decoration to cover the stains (I have the email from the employee Arvindjay T). This is a brand new table

            I've spent a lot of money on decor from Z Gallerie. I recently discovered California ***************************************************** the materials they are made with. I contacted **************** and there is nothing they can do. Of course my discovery was after the local stores had already closed, but you would think that since they still operate online and sell the same items and more than likely more items with the Cancer warning labels, they would honor an exchange of some item, (pillows, glass decor or something without harmful materials) but they would not. They are too expensive to simply throw away money because they don't post the warnings visible to customers. It further lets me know the money is more important than the customer!

            I will never purchase anything from Z Gallerie! **************** is terrible. I made my purchase in May, and after 30 days, I hadnt received anything. When I contacted them, they informed me that the product would not be delivered until September 23rd. I asked them to cancel the order, and they promised to do so. A week later, they sent a partial order despite my request for no partial shipments. I waited until September for the rest of the order, but I never received anything. When I called on October 2nd, I was told that the product was out of stock, which means it was never in stock to begin with. Now, I don't know what to do with the partial order they sent me

            The WORST! I placed and paid for an order on May 24, 2024. All of the items were in stock. After 40 days of not receiving anything, I called to cancel the order. a few weeks later 2/3 of my order arrived. When I called to inquire about the remaining 1/4 of the order, I was told it came back into stock and went out of stock again . After fighting to get a paid for return label, I received that. The item has been received back into their stock and I have yet to have a refund of just over $450. Today 9/24/24 is four months to the day. When you call to discuss your order, the calls are outsourced to the *********** and you get nothing but the run around. Now I have been told that I have to wait 30 days for my money. I was told if I don't receive it, to call them back. This is unacceptable.

            I ordered 2 custom benches on April 4, 2024. I was given a delivery date of July 6 to the 13. I called to check on them after not hearing anything in early Aug. I was first told they left their warehouse on Aug 1st. and received an email stating they would be delivered by mid Aug. I called again mid-August after not receiving them and was told they did not leave their where house until Aug 5. I again asked for the matter to be escalated to get a delivery date and was promised a call back in 2 days, but I never heard back from them. I called again on Aug. 21 and spoke to a manager who told me they did not leave their warehouse until Aug 6 and that they take 3 weeks to be delivered so I would have them that week or the next one. Again he promised to escalate the matter and would call me in 2 days. No call. I called again on Sept 3rd and the same manager who promised to take care of me the previous time agreed he dropped the ball with the excuse they have been swamped, which means that there are tons of people not getting their shipments. He once again promised me he would escalate the matter and get back to me by 5pm the following day, that was 3 days ago. No call. They will not let you speak to anyone else. They are now 2 months past their promised delivery date. How do I get my merchandise or money back?

            Belverly I am filing a complaint against Zgallerie. I brought a sofa and love seat set special order on the color now the color is beautiful but the sofa and love seat is nothing like the picture and Zgallerie standards are on special orders theres no refund or exchanges, I can see why.The picture will fool you I will never order anything that has to be made or special order from ZGallerie again I am out of $3000

            How do I give this miserable company 0 stars? If you want a terrible experience just dare to purchase anything from Z Gallerie. We had a dresser delivered damaged on three separate occasions. They now owe my wife and I money but refuse to settle. You can call their so called help desk only to get a person who acts like they care. They are clearly coached to get you off the phone while promising to get back to you with some sort of resolution. Its nothing but empty promises. Do not order anything from this company.
