    My car was towed I called daily to let them know I was coming to retrieve my property I had been in the hospital and car was towed due to it being parked the day I went to get my property they have two lots the worker called on speaker stating I would be walking across the street to retrieve my property my phone listening to that call that was on speaker the *** said I can retrieve anything that's left if there's anything myself I then proceeded to go across the street and upon arrival I noticed things already missing my tools ******al property the *** told me that my door was open which they weren't when they told my vehicle I spoke with some manager who said he would try to get my stuff back and it's all a shady practice is there a way we can get their license revoked I can't explain better in detail as I'm not the first ****** who has went thru this I always see the driver at the coin machine every Friday with a bag of coins has he stealing out of cars how can we move forward again thanks I was and still homeless this has set me back and I don't what to do but report a business like this

    I was told by this business that after paying $1,133.24 I was entitled to a two-year warranty they never change the part that I paid for they just changed my serpentine belt and spring I never got a new pulley which I clearly paid for. In the picture you can see the difference between a new pulley and the pulley they said they replaced after all the run around I ended up buying my own pulley and doing the job myself because they kept denying me my warranty and the repair they did didn't even last three months.

    I got a repair done on my vehicle and paid $**** and after receiving the vehicle back my car was shaking. I told the mechanic and took the car back and they told me it would be another **** to fix the problem. My car was not shaking prior to me bringing it in. I ended up having to get a new car because I took my car to the dealership and they deemed it unsafe to drive. I tried to go through my job at AAA to file a dispute directly with them since I was referred to use their service. I also made a complaint however I never received the funds back from them. After taking my car to them I got a new car less that 1 week later.

    Through *** roadside assistance Falcon called us to say they were being dispatched. The woman with Falcon was extremely **** and practice poor business and ********* ********* She claimed my husband ********** her which did not happen. She did this so she can deny us service. We were stuck on the road ************************************** for 3 hours waiting for help. We had to look for other help to transport us. I think the matter should be look into and review the calls and wait time. Thank you.

    My vehicle was told to ****** storage yard in ******* ********** on *** *** **** after an accident I was in I was told that it was best to have my vehicle taken to this storage yard instead of to my home because my insurance company will come out faster to look at it with it being at a storage yard ****** due to covid 19 my adjusters in a short cup of tea Was not able to make it to the storage yard in a ****** manner *** manner so I was then contacted by ****** toe ******* me that my vehicle was going to be placed up for lien of sale if I did not pay them ***** dollars they then tried to auction my vehicle to the ******* ****** for ***** this was **** more than the storage fees that were owed. I did end up paying them ***** to get my vehicle back. When I saw my vehicle at the storage yard it had broken glass inside also there was a bottle of urine in my back seat. My car had been rummage thru my speakers were detached and my glove box broken. My vehicle had been totally damaged. I would like them to be held responsible for there fraudulent ways of handling by vehicle after I was involved in a accident. I believe they are running an insurance scam and they have done this before in the past with other people. This business needs to be stopped and they need to loose there contract with **** I put my trust in falcon towing only because they had the *** logo on the side of there truck. I would like to see *** take immediate action against this company and pull the contract they have with them. To prevent them from hiding behind *** good name and gaining the trust of customers and then scamming them

    On June 11th 2022 I had a blowout on the freeway I drove off the freeway to a safer location parked my vehicle and called *** for a tow. I notified that i had my 5 year old nephee in the car with me who is ******** and needed a tow as quickly as possible. Later I was notified that it was ******** to ****** ******* I waited over two hours falcon towing sent a driver to change my tire even though when they called I said I needed a tow. So that driver left. Again I waited over 2 hours. I had to call a family member ro pick up my nephew **************************** Finally the tow truck driver ******* to tow my ******** As the tow truck driver was loading my vehicle on the tow truck he rammed my vehicle into equipment that was on tow truck. On the way home this driver had almost had two accidents with other drivers in git into a verbal altercation with the second driver he had almost had an accident with. He also charged me $30 dollars saying it was over mileage after I disputed he stated $20 although I didn't agree paid because of the extreme wait. When we arrived home I immediately got out to look at the damage and noticed a dent and two scratches and told him about it he stated "oh sorry about that" and gave me a service card. I got inside my home and immediately reported it to *** as well as the tow company. I was told I would get a call within two days. Since I have been contacting g both *** and the tow company and have been getting f the run around and no one has contacted me or assisted me with the damage to my vehicle. I filed a complaint t with *** and and was assigned to a worker and given a case number for the complaint and was told that person would act as a mediator between me and the tow company however still I have not heard from anyone and my car is still damaged it appears no one is attempting to provide any help or service.
