Waste of time,they took all my personal information,had me e sign many pages electronically To take my case so I thought. My case involved name calling, being yelled at by a line lead Making me work with an injured finger I got there on the job ,one supervisor said if he needs to go home you need to get a replacement my supervisor said Oh he's ok he's going back to work. Getting fired after a medical leave they told me to take.I called them for an update,they always say we're reviewing your documents that was 4 times.I told them are you going to let me talk to a lawyer about my case or should look for another lawyer, you have wasted 9 months my time.Then I got a letter saying they won't be able to take my case,and offered another lawyer, just before the statue of limitations time ran out,so I lost the ability to *** this employer. Very bad law firm.Do I have any legal right against this D law firm? *********************

I contacted them in November 2022, sent them all my files as requested. Heard nothing from them. After making my 3rd inquiry on the status of my case, I received an email stating they would not be taking m6 case and gave me the contact info for another law firm. That was in November 2023. The timeliness for filing an EOC complaint has passed. They're a scam.

These people do not care about black people either. I had a anti black racial discrimination case that I brought to these people against my former employer. I was getting sent racist Teams Messages from my Supervisor and Team at work. I never got any call or email back from these lousy people.That being said, my experience was confusing. I reached out to them since June. They did not have the decency to let me know that they were not taking the case by calling or emailing. They must have been working with the company or collected money behind my back by railroading me. My experience was an incredible waste of my time with their documents department who never called back.I never received any response from any Lawyer. I would not be writing this terrible review now if they would ********** me know if they will take the case or deny it and give me my employee records like I asked so I can go somewhere else. Do not trust these people!

This business operates and intakes customers in a very confusing almost untrustworthy manner. They immediately request personal info from you, such as personal bank statements, employment paycheck stubs, involved names, emails, and texts. They take minimal info regarding the main issue of the matter; once requested info is submitted from the customer, the customer will still receive emails and texts etc. that they still need to submit those docs or information, which seems to cause a delay in needed action from the firm. I've actually called them to verify that the info was sent/ received, and then they state that all needed info is received; that in itself is very confusing. It's very difficult to keep a bearing on what is being performed by them to assist the customer. They will tell you that they are reviewing the case, but then no contact back from them for months, if ever. I finally contacted them back after hearing nothing for months, and then they will immediately send you an email stating that they cannot assist you, when they could have simply stated that in a timely manner that is also beneficial to the customer so that they can move on and possibly receive assistance from a different firm. I was told by their Documents Specialist that they would immediately contact some attorneys to screen my case after months of waiting, but by the time I hung up with the Doc Specialist, she had already sent me a denial email as if she never even reached out to the attorneys. People's lives are at stake and time seems to be unconsidered by this group or firm. They have many terrible reviews stating the same thing. I'm surprised that they have not already been reported.
