    I ordered a dress online the dress did not fit very disappointed with this dress and customer service. I tried reaching out via email to make an exchange and tried contacting them by phone and text messaging and received no response. I drove 2hrs to the store to try to get an exchange and a woman approached us saying it was appointment only and I expressed to her I have not received a response and she just shrugged her shoulders. Did not help me whatsoever. I rang the ring doorbell they have on the store door and nobody answered. This is the last time I ordered from them should of checked out all the negative reviews for this shop looks like this is not the first time they dont answer customers very poor service. I would like a full refund at this point do not want the dress. How are we supposed to do an exchange in 2 days after delivery date if we do not get a response.

    I ordered a dress online before I ordered it. I had emailed them to see if I could have it in a different color. They said yes the dress would be a different color just to write it down. I received the dress. The dress is a different color the color that the outside is white nothing like the picture and nothing like what was told to me. Ive emailed them several times and have not received a response. I want to return this dress and get a full refund for it, I have yet to receive a response. I have the emails showing of how many times I have emailed them and have not received a response.

    I purchased a dress on 9/22/2022 for $120. The dress in person is absolutely not what it looks like on the website. Very cheap and thin fabric, there were loose threads that you can see poking out from under the straps. I reached out for a refund and they don't give refunds they only do exchanges. I reached out via email and I don't feel like they understood that I was not happy about the way they dress was designed instead they kept saying that I possibly have grown since I first ordered it. I ordered it on 9/22 and it arrived on 9/24 I didn't grown that much..

    I ordered a ********* gown from them on August 9th for a ********* shoot that I had scheduled for August 25th. The gown didn't get delivered until after the ********* shoot (through no fault of their own) but I thought I might be able to use it at a later date for another photoshoot. However, upon opening the opening the gown and trying it on, I saw that it was a very poorly made, poorly fitting garment. I had no use for it and they only offer exchanges if the gown is received back two days after the delivery date in it's original packaging. I left a review in their IG comments and they promptly deleted it and blocked me. I ended up getting into a nasty exchange with them through email where they threatened to sue me for harassment but ultimately they said that they would give me a refund. I put the dress back in its original packaging with a printed out receipt since they didn't provide one when it was delivered and sent it back to their store. I've since sent an email following-up about my refund and now they are no longer responding. I paid a **** for the gown and they said they would issue a refund but were keeping **** which I think was more out of spite than for any legitimate reason, especially considering that I paid out of pocket to return the gown. At this point I just want the refund back that they promised me and I saved the email chain with proof that they agreed to send me a refund.
