I had an awful experience at New Look Skin Center in ****** and feel compelled to warn others. I went in for a laser treatment on October 19, 2024, targeting my full arms and partial back/neck. Initially, everything seemed fine, but by that evening, my arms started burning and itching intensely. Despite following the post-care instructions given by their technician, my skin broke out in red, painful bumps, and I was in agony.The pain and irritation have lasted for over a week, making it hard to sleep or function. When I reached out for assistance, they initially offered a consultation, but the support was inadequate. My skin condition only worsened, and when I requested a full refund, I was denied. This experience has been a nightmare, and I would never undergo laser treatment again.Please see the attached photos of my arms to understand the extent of the damage caused by their treatment. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions. I would advise anyone considering laser treatments to think twice before choosing New Look Skin Center.Review from El M

Be ware,...The owner of New Look Skin Center, **************** is very old school and does not keep himself updated with current medical information. He makes policies that does not have any current scientific bases. Perhaps he needs his to take useful CE courses and keep himself up to date.Review from Stela A

Been coming here for over 5 years. Love the owners, staff and treatments. They have maintained good prices and quality service. Highly recommend 10/10
