    I purchase *** 2025 traded in my car was charged ******+ with a 10 year warranty that included rental. Today police vechile hit three cars including mine during a chase.When I purchase the car I told him I did not need rental from them because I have AAA the Boss who made the employee discount told me to cancel my AAA. Now I have no rental covered after this accident by police. AAA waived my detectable but because the Boss told me to cancel AAA rental I cannot afford rental car on my own. I was told to keep receipts by *** so police can give me back the money but I cannot afford anything out of pocket. I asked them to explain the contract and they verbally lied to me. Ihave only videos contract is not at hand

    My daughter and I had negotiation a price to purchase a ******** from Glendale Kia. An agreement was struck and the car was to be delivered on Saturday (5/4/24). It was an all cash deal $31k. During detailing the car, it received body damage. The sales person ***************** said the damage would be fixed and we were to take delivery on Wednesday, when the body damage was repaired. We then received a text today that the car was sold. Now we have a $31k cashiers check and no car. There was an oral contract to purchase this vehicle and the sales staffs unethical behavior ignored that contract and resold the car. I am not sure what the definition of fraud is, but this seems like it could be. ********************************** was called, but his response was Im sorry, but the 2nd buyers took the car with the damage. ***********************

    On December 27, 2023 I dropped of my 2020 *** **** to my trusted (and long-term) ******************, owner of Legit Auto ***************). I had extensive suspension damage due to a pot-hole which I ran over on 12-25-23. Legit Auto contacted *** *********************** and ordered parts needed for my repair. *** ********************** **************** then sent the incorrect part to Legit Auto. ***** Auto returned the incorrect part, and again asked to be sent the correct corresponding part that was needed to repair my **** *** then (for the second time sent an incorrect part that was AGAIN not the part that my mechanic had ordered. Because of their ongoing errors, I had to rent a car for a total of 13 days. If *** ********************** had correctly ordered what my mechanic had (repeatedly) told them to order, the repair would have taken 3 days. This means that I paid for 10 extra car-rental days because of *** **********************'s ineptitude. While I have spent 4 months actively trying to get an ethical reimbursement for 10 days or car rental, *** has repeatedly ignored my request, and recently denied it completely. (Note: included in my complaint to *** ********************** was a letter from my mechanic documenting the events). *** ********************** is horrible! I hope you can help me in (ideally) getting my reimbursement, but if nothing else, please remove any positive BBB approval ratings for this company. I will never buy a *** again, and will actively dissuade others from buying a *** as well.

    Date of complaint 11/5/2022 I went in the dealership with 3000 dollars for a downpaymend on a Kia ******** 2020 I signed papers gave my down payment and drove back home about 1 wk later I get a call they wanted me to return car cuz my credit was bad I neede a co signer I told them to give me a few days meanwhile I had just a slip & fall accident I fell from the stairway inside my place of residence I could barely walk they kept calling me they were going to pick up vehicle if I didnt return it they wound up picking up car and keeping my money they were very hostile with me they ended up keeping $2000 of my down payment only returning $1000 of my money.

    On Jan 17, 2021 my 2021 *** ******* AWD S was a total loss and insurance claims and proper documents that were sent to GAP were sent except one option which was cancellation of service and warranties because *** had not sent them over. I went *************** with the dealer telling me to email **************** then they emailed be saying gap wasn't registered when I have the contracts to prove I Bought the service of GAP and they never send me anything and until now a year later I have fallen into collections and I have had credit history destroyed partially from that debt that GAP/KIA OF GLENDALE didn't take the responsibility of and now they are telling me to email a new person which email is ****************** and they want me to provide this information Name Id Vin number and tell them to ***************************** I responded and told them last time they told me this they never did anything for me and GAP never received any documents. My claim number for this account is 2104-400 And vehicle vin # ending in G008423 I would love to have my issue resolved, for *** to do their part of the service and get my GAP claim resolved for the remaining balance that was due which I am now in collections and have it taken off my credit report and have gap pay the remaining balance and provide the extra documentation that is needed to start everything properly. I would also like my credit to be restored from the negative I have had due to this claim on my report from *** and fixed please.
