I need the physical address of the orange door insurance or who is uncharged about this company. Like: CEO(manager).Also is this company affiliate to the orange door, (SEDGWICK)?Just a customer

I moved all of my belongings into a brand new Public Storage facility on 10/15/2024, for a temporary holding place until I moved into another residence. I came back a few days later to retrieve items and found it was rat infested with f**** and urine on 100% of my items. My property, including antique furniture completely ruined. I called Public Storage and then went directly to their off-site office and was told "oh, we're very sorry. However, your unit is covered by insurance.". So I called Orange Door Storage Insurance immediately, after waiting 45 minutes to speak with someone they opened a claim for me and said an examiner, ******, will contact me within 2 business days to process my claim. Well that was BS, as the call never came. I called back and was given ******** direct ph #. I called and of course had to leave a voicemail. I then subsequently called every day only to be forwarded to voicemail. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I still have not heard from anybody. So I called the 877# multiple times and have not had even a customer service *** answer my call. I am on hold right now waiting for a live person to speak with and I have been waiting for 95 minutes.I am beyond livid and it appears an attorney needs involved.

I am beginning to think the people at Orange Door insurance are fraudsters. I initiated a claim on 6/30/2024. It is now 10/30/2024 and there is still no resolution to my case. I have reached out to my examiner ******* *******, her supervisor ********, and ********** supervisor ******. I received a call back from ******** saying the case has been escalated, yet, here we are 27 days later with no resolution. I call these people every week, at times, multiple times per week. They claim they are investigating when the date of loss occurred. It takes a month to do that??? I had my life - literally, my government documents, my clothes, electronics, everything I owned - stolen from me in minutes, but it has taken months to be recompensed for it. I am absolutely over being lied to by these people and pray they get shut down after they find the conclusions to folks cases.

Terrible service. Too many hoops. Won't do anything. Stuff stolen.

I would give this insurance company 0 stars if I could. My storage facility had bed bugs and my unit was affected. I lost well over $10,000 in furniture alone, and even more in personal possessions and according to my policy they only will cover $250 due to vermin. To add insult to injury my claim was denied. My examiner was also very rude and not empathetic to the situation at all. If this is an option for insurance RUN!

I have been trying for over a week to get a update on my claim, all of my emails go unanswered and whenever I call the wait id always "greater than one hour". Worst insurance, worst customer service ever!

I rented a storage unit at a Public Storage(Facility #*****) in *********, **, beginning on August 25th, 2023 (**********************************************). Back in December of 2023, I returned to my storage unit to find rat f**** spread throughout the storage unit. Between December and January, I contacted the property management at ******************** multiple times, but no one answered the phone when I tried to call. After two months of trying to get in touch with the property manager at the Public Storage on ********************, I received a call from him about the rodent issue. He told me that there was nothing more that the property could do, other than increase the number of rat traps (large black poison boxes). He also said that the storage units are in mother nature, so mother nature will be in the storage units. I returned to the unit in July to find that someone had accessed my storage unit without my permission, moved my things around, and used my broom that was stored in the unit to clean up the rat f**** that was scattered throughout the entryway of the unit. Despite the breach of my unit without permission, there was more rat f**** than I had previously seen not only on the floor of the unit but on the top and inside of most of the boxes and containers visible within the unit. Public Storage Facility ******************************************************** their storage units but had also compromised almost everything I own due to their own negligence. I filed an insurance claim to attempt to recoup what it would cost me to replace everything. I filed an insurance claim on July 1st. I received a call on July 9th, stating that because I verbally complained about the rat f**** found in my unit in November and December, my claim date will be in December of 2023, meaning that they would only honor my insurance package purchased in August, which would only allow for reimbursement up to $250. They decided to disregard my current insurance, which covers $2500.

Orange door storage insurance is a SCAM Do not use it. I had very expensive furniture inside woodland park Sorage and paid every month insurance for two units. I had one item VWRY DAMAGED from water and had bugs all over it. A custom built headboard. Now the Orange door insurance is refusing to honor my claim after they said they would.

Did not respond to valid claim. Negligent and dismissive of rats in storage unit.

Public storage allowed rodents to completely destroy items I worked so hard for. What is Orange door insurance offering? $250.00 for all damage which totals to be more than that. They also take days and weeks just to respond to your urgent claims. Im so upset. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!
